Anybody who has seen the hit series Game of Thrones knows that Jason Momoa’s Khal Drogo and Emilia Clarke’s Daenerys Targaryen were dysfunctional. However, off-set, they’re each other’s “sun and stars.”

Both actors are good friends in real life, and even posted a photo together on Instagram in 2020, showing them both smiling. Co-star Peter Dinklage stated, “Everytime I see y’all together my heart melts.”

On "The Graham Norton Show," Momoa stated that every time he visits England, he makes sure to give her a phone call to catch up. Over the years, they've celebrated birthdays in London and appeared on talk shows there too.

Although some fans have wondered if Momoa and Clarke’s relationship is romantic, the two are nothing more than good friends. They hit it off right away, with Momoa always making sure Clarke was comfortable during awkward scenes on “Game of Thrones.”
