Experience

Sara received her master's degree with honors in journalism from Hofstra in 2019. She has immersed herself in communications and gained valuable insight through various internships in editorial and pre-production positions with companies such as HLN, NBC, Newsday, and more. She further cultivated her skillset as a reporter through writing, reporting, and anchoring for two shows on Hofstra's television station. Sara joined Nicki Swift as a news writer in the fall of 2020 after moving back from California, where she was a production assistant at Entertainment Tonight. Her duties at ET included gathering and organizing clips for the daily show, managing celebrity guests, and assisting on shoots in the field.

Education

Sara graduated from Hofstra University Honors College summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in journalism and minors in public relations, rhetorical studies, and integrated media in 2018. She received her gradate degree in journalism with honors in 2019 from Hofstra as well.
