A lifelong bookworm and word nerd, Chelsea is an award-winning writer and editor with more than 15 years of experience working with both print and digital outlets, including city, regional, and national publications. She was previously managing editor and copy chief of Luxe Interiors + Design, a glossy shelter magazine with nationwide distribution, and she has also honed her shelter writing and editing chops by working for such home sites as Apartment Therapy, The Spruce, and MyDomaine. She has also been published in Vulture, Teen Vogue, InStyle, Self, Business Insider, Vice, Shondaland, and more.

Education

Through obtaining her bachelor's degree in magazine journalism at the University of Florida, Chelsea learned not only about writing, editing, research, and fact-checking, but also the visual side of publishing, including graphic design and photography.
