David Cassidy's Daughter Katie Reveals Her Father's Last Words
Katie Cassidy has broken her silence on her father's death.
The Arrow actress took to Twitter on Nov. 24, 2017, to mourn the death of her father, David Cassidy, who died of organ failure on Nov. 21, 2017, at the age of 67.
"Words can't express the solace our family's received from all the love & support during this trying time," Cassidy wrote. "My father's last words were 'So much wasted time.' This will be a daily reminder for me to share my gratitude with those I love as to never waste another minute... Thank you."

As fans of the Partridge Family star know, Katie and her father had a difficult relationship. In February 2017, David opened up to People about not being in his daughter's life.
"I wasn't her father. I was her biological father but I didn't raise her. She has a completely different life," Cassidy said. "[But] I'm proud of her. She's very talented. It's hard for me to even accept how old she is now."
Cassidy is survived by Katie; son Beau; stepmother Shirley Jones; and brothers Shaun, Patrick and Ryan.
