Chrisley Knows Best Season 10 - Here's What We Can Tell Fans So Far
The members of the Chrisley family have built a reality TV empire to rival that of the Kardashians, and they've done it with a heaping helping of Southern hospitality smothered with a generous serving of sass. Fans of the affluent Atlanta natives have watched Todd Chrisley and his wife, Julie Chrisley, raise their kids in the spotlight since 2014 on their family's USA Network series "Chrisley Knows Best" and its spinoff, "Growing Up Chrisley."
Memorable "Toddisms," like "Ignorance I can fix, stupid is forever," have made the Chrisley family patriarch a fan favorite, and the strict disciplinarian with a sweet potato pie center is so good at delivering those witty lines that there's been speculation that "Chrisley Knows Best" is scripted. In a January 2022 interview with Life & Style, Todd insisted that this is not the case, saying, "First of all, we're not bright enough to follow you in a script, so you're going to get whatever — if it comes up, it comes out."
But Todd has mused that there's more to his family's appeal than how amusingly they mouth off to each other. "We are dealing with the exact same thing that 95 percent of American families deal with," he told TV Guide in 2014. "Everyone's problems are relative to their situation." Todd's fans just can't seem to get enough of his fatherly wisdom, and luckily for them, the saucy star and his relatable family have secured another season of their successful series.
When will Chrisley Knows Best Season 10 air?
After eight years of treating fans to lots of love and levity, the USA Network decided to further extend the Chrisley family's reality TV longevity. According to USA Insider, Season 10 of "Chrisley Knows Best" is coming, and while no exact date has been set for its premiere, viewers will reportedly be catching up with their favorite fam by the end of this year.
But fans won't even have to wait that long to see new episodes of the show; Season 9 will resume airing on June 23. When viewers last saw the Chrisleys on TV in December 2021, Todd was embracing his inner Grinch by taking down the Christmas decorations Nanny Faye Chrisley had picked out. A few months before that very merry episode aired, Julie Chrisley spoke to Entertainment Tonight about what it's like to film year-round. "People ask me all the time, 'What's the best and worst part about having the show and TV and all this?' And I said, 'Well, imagine every day of your life, going to work with your spouse, with your adult children, with your minor children, and with your mother in law,'" she stated.
But instead of taking a break from filming, the Chrisleys just seem to keep inviting more cameras into their lives. Season 4 of Savannah and Chase Chrisley's spinoff series, "Growing Up Chrisley," will air on E! this summer, along with a new dating show hosted and executive produced by Todd, titled "Love Limo."
Who's in the cast of Chrisley Knows Best Season 10?
It looks like there won't be a big cast shakeup for Season 10 of "Chrisley Knows Best," unless one of Todd Chrisley's adult children or his mom, Nanny Faye Chrisley, starts dating someone new. While Savannah Chrisley and Chase Chrisley struck out on their own with a camera crew in tow a few years ago, the "Growing Up Chrisley" stars have also continued appearing alongside the rest of the family on their OG series, as noted by USA Insider.
Over the years, viewers have watched daddy's girl Savannah blossom from a teen beauty queen into a successful businesswoman with her own beauty line, and she's not the only one who inherited her dad's entrepreneurial spirit; Chase Chrisley and Grayson Chrisley have launched their own respective kombucha and sneaker businesses. While Todd's kids are busy making him worry about their money management skills, Nanny Faye keeps him on his toes with her cheeky sense of humor — like when she described the deer head she mounted on the wall. "He reminded me of the man I met in Biloxi. He was a 10-point buck, if you know what I'm talking about," she said to her incredulous son in the Season 9 Christmas episode of "Chrisley Knows Best."
Julie Chrisley usually plays the straight man to Todd, rewarding his endless supply of one-liners with unimpressed eyerolls. Then there's Chloe Chrisley, the baby of the family, who clearly has Todd wrapped around her little finger.
Todd Chrisley wants to join another reality show
Viewers might want to enjoy seeing all of the Chrisleys together while they still can, because if Todd Chrisley gets his way, he'll be leaving all the family drama behind to hobnob with a certain group of ladies who enjoy gossiping just as much as he does. In a February 2022 interview on "Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef," Todd revealed that he would love to star on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."
Todd said that he and Lisa Rinna are already friendly, but he credits two other Beverly Hills housewives with making him want to tune in regularly. "I only watch because I think Kyle Richards is hot and I love her sister Kathy," he confessed. He even quipped that Kathy Hilton "would probably leave [her husband] Rick for me," explaining that he and the wealthy socialite both have sophisticated tastes when it comes to home décor. However, if Todd does get his dream job some day, Julie Chrisley has nothing to worry about. On an April 2022 episode of their podcast, "Chrisley Confessions," Todd addressed rumors that he and his wife of 26 years had separated, saying, "I am married to the only person I will ever marry in my life."
And being a savvy businessman and all, Todd likely knows that you do not mess with success, so we're just guessing that he'll stick with his family as long as they'll have him.
