Fifth Harmony Addresses Rumors They Threw Shade At Camila Cabello At VMAs
The ladies of Fifth Harmony are opening up about their buzz-worthy 2017 Video Music Awards performance—and about any rumored shade they may have been throwing Camila Cabello's way.
Speaking with host Lara Spencer on Good Morning America on Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017, Fifth Harmony members Normani Kordei, Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, and Lauren Jauregui explained that they were attempting to represent their now four-member status in an "artistic" way.
"We get asked all the time if we're getting a fifth member and we wanted to show the world in an artistic way that hey the four of us are Fifth Harmony," Brooke said. "And we're stronger and better than we've ever been."
"And honestly, it was such a monumental moment for us," Brooke, 24, continued. "We were at the VMAs! We had rain! We had the splits! We had a mic drop!"

As Nicki Swift previously reported, Fifth Harmony appeared to diss former bandmate Cabello during their VMAs performance, appearing onstage with a fifth member who appeared to be pulled off of the platform before they began their first song.
While we wait for Cabello, 20, to comment on the performance, read up on the real reasons why the singer left Fifth Harmony.
