Andy Samberg And Wife Joanna Newsom Welcome First Child

Congratulations to the Brooklyn Nine-Nine star!

Us Weekly reports that Andy Samberg and his wife, Joanna Newsom, just became parents to a baby girl. Unfortunately for fans of the Saturday Night Live alum, neither his daughter's name nor details of her birth are publicly known. Samberg and Newsom's little bundle of joy is their first child together.

It should be noted that the couple managed a feat not easily achieved by those of celebrity status—they were able to keep the entire pregnancy a secret! Pretty darn impressive.

Samberg, 38, and Newsom, 35, married in 2013, after dating for 5 years.

In January 2016, Samberg revealed to reporters that he'd love to have a child in the future. "I love babies," he said. "I would love a baby someday."

Guess he got exactly what he wanted! Congratulations again to the happy couple!
