Cash Me Outside Girl Danielle Bregoli Gets Five Years Probation
It looks like the law finally caught up with Danielle Bregoli.
Bregoli, 14, is the Dr. Phil guest who achieved Internet stardom with her catchphrase "Cash me ousside, how bout dat?" Since her infamous appearance on the daytime talk show, Bregoli has been involved in multiple physical altercations, including one allegedly involving her own mother.
But TMZ now reports that Bregoli was recently slapped with five years probation after entering a plea deal for an entirely different set of charges, namely "2 counts of grand theft, possession of marijuana, and filing a false police report."
According to WSB-TV, these charges stem from "three separate occasions last year" in Delray Beach, Fla., in which Bregoli allegedly stole her mother's purse and car, then later "called police to report a domestic battery involving her mother, and accused her of using drugs after spreading powdered sugar on a bathroom counter and describing it as heroin to police."
At her hearing, Bregoli's estranged father, Ira Peskowitz, asked that a "no-internet" condition be imposed on his troubled daughter, but the request was denied. Peskowitz later told the New York Post that he believes his daughter is "being groomed for a career in pornography by people who want to cash in on her bizarre celebrity."
Bregoli is now living in California with her mother, and she will complete her probation there, according to TMZ. There is no word on how the legal restriction could impact her live tour.
