This Is The Actor In Vroom's Super Bowl 2022 Commercial

Online vehicle retailer Vroom will be returning to the 2022 Super Bowl with another entertaining commercial. The 30-second ad, called "Flake The Musical," depicts a consumer's struggle to sell her used vehicle via traditional peer-to-peer transactions. Vroom eventually comes to the rescue by offering their services, and the consumer reverts back to her old, happy self at the end of the musical.

Three-time Emmy winner Mandy Moore, who previously appeared on Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance," choreographed the number. In a behind-the-scenes look at the production process, it was clear that the commercial had to be near perfect with three months of filming, 47 cast members, and 56 hours of dance rehearsals to nail down the musical number. The amount of effort may seem excessive for such a short commercial, but the Super Bowl has always been the sweepstakes for commercials.

Vroom knows this, which is why they've chosen to create another commercial for this year's Super Bowl after their memorable 2021 effort. "Being a part of the Super Bowl allows us to invite tens of millions of consumers to visit Vroom.com and get an instant price on their car," Peter Scherr, chief marketing officer of Vroom, said in a statement, per Adage. "When someone is ready to sell, we pick up the car and the consumer gets paid, all from home. No more meeting strangers, endless negotiating or being flaked on."

If you've seen the commercial, you're probably wondering who the lead actor is. Here's everything we know about Ariana Rosado.

Ariana Rosado danced for some of the world's biggest pop stars

Ariana Rosado may be an unfamiliar name to viewers now, but the dancer has been in the entertainment industry for over a decade. Per Bloc Talent Agency Los Angeles, Rosado was originally from Indiana and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Mass Communications and Business Marketing. She developed a passion for dance while studying for her degree and joined her campus' dance team. Rosado's real big break came when she was chosen as one of the 60 dancers to be part of Beyonce's performance for "Run the World (Girls)" during the final episode of Oprah Winfrey's eponymous talk show in 2011. Rosado later reflected on the moment, telling The Beverly Review, the performance "was one of the most memorable moments of my life."

Since then, Rosado has danced for some of the world's biggest pop stars, including Bebe Rexha, Iggy Azalea, Jazmine Sullivan, Black Eye Peas, and more, according to her Instagram. While Rosado has made her dreams of becoming a commercial dancer come true, the road to success hasn't always been easy.

"I had wanted to move to Los Angeles years before I finally made it happen," she told Voyage LA in 2020. "Unfortunately, my finances were not always there so I had to wait until I was in a financially sound place." She added that she felt "defeated" by the lack of opportunities at times, but said, "as long as you continue to work towards your dream, it will happen."

Ariana Rosado also works as a fitness instructor

Ariana Rosado was "over the moon" about her Vroom commercial, revealing to her followers on Instagram that it was one of her "first singing gigs in a commercial and a lead role." Rosado also thanked her agency for "believing in me and continuously challenging me to grow with these new opportunities." Per Adage, Vroom's Super Bowl commercial is set to air in the fourth quarter of the game, which will introduce millions of viewers to Rosado and their business model.

While Rosado is set to become one of the most searched actors on Super Bowl weekend, what's lesser-known about her is that she also teaches fitness classes at GB Sweat Equity Fitness, as per her Instagram biography. It's unclear what types of classes she teaches, but we think bookings for her classes will be in high demand after the commercial airs. Until then, Rosado continues to update her followers on social media, including posting about her dance classes and jobs she's accepted, as well as inspirational quotes.
