Jennifer Lopez's Son Could Be His Dad's Twin
Jennifer Lopez has been bringing the heat for over three decades. In addition to her superstar career as an actor-singer-dancer, JLo also has a long history of dating A-listers. In February 1997, Lopez first married producer Ojani Noa, divorcing 11 months later, per Us Weekly. After their split, Lopez famously dated hip-hop legend Sean "Diddy" Combs before falling in love and marrying dancer Cris Judd in September 2001, the site reported. However, that union also fell apart just after nine months.
Shortly after, the Bronx native got engaged to actor Ben Affleck and the duo spent almost two years together after calling it quits. "My relationship [with Affleck] self-destructed in front of the entire world," she later told Vanity Fair. Of course, as fans know, Lopez and Affleck have once again rekindled their relationship nearly two decades later. But before Bennifer 2.0, Lopez found love again in the early 2000s, marrying singer Marc Anthony in June 2004, per Us Weekly. Four years into their relationship, the pair welcomed twins Emme and Maximilian — a miniature version of the one-time couple.
Max takes after both Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez
Maximilian Muñiz, Max for short, and his twin sister Emme are now teenagers and are following in their highly talented parents' footsteps. While each twin looks so much like both of their parents, it's clear that Max is the spitting image of dad Marc Anthony — they share the same wide, brown eyes, and large smiles. Both twins also shares their parents' passion for singing. In fact, Lopez posted a sweet Instagram video of Emme playing the guitar while her brother sang "Riptide" by Vance Joy. The 13-year-old also seems to share his parents' acting abilities; JLo posted a video of his school performance of "The Wizard of Oz" on her Instagram story, Hello! Magazine reported.
During "Twin Talk" — a candid YouTube interview between Lopez and her twins — the "Waiting for Tonight" star shared some of her favorite qualities about her son. "His sense of humor and his incredible vocabulary," she said with a smile. Lopez also added "Your big heart, you have an enormous heart and you are always so caring."
Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are in a 'really great place' as co-parents
After seven years of marriage, Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez separated. In April 2012, Anthony officially filed for divorce from his wife citing "irreconcilable differences," per Billboard. However, despite their split, the pair has always been open about their love for each other and for their children. During an interview on "Live with Kelly" in 2017, Lopez talk about how well they have been co-parenting. "We're just in a really great place, and the kids get to spend time with the two of us more together and see us working together. We're always gonna be great friends. I'm always gonna be there for him, he's always gonna be there for me."
And, even when Lopez is working or even going through some personal issues in her love life, a source told People that she will always lean on him. "Jennifer and Marc Anthony have a great relationship. Having Marc around while she has had to work abroad has been very comforting for Jennifer."
