Lea Michele Remembers Late Boyfriend Cory Monteith On Anniversary Of His Death
The Glee actress paid tribute to her late former co-star and boyfriend Cory Monteith on July 13, 2017.
Lea Michele took to Twitter to share a photo of a black and white snapshot of her and Monteith at Soho House. Presumably holding the photo in the shot, the 30-year-old appears to be wearing a red letterman jacket—possibly Monteith's own from his days playing football star-turned-valued glee club member Finn Hudson.
"Hard to believe it's been 4 years," Michele wrote. "We miss you C... love you more."

Michele and Monteith dated from 2010 until the actor's untimely death in July 2013. Monteith, who had a history of substance abuse, died of a drug overdose when he was just 31 years old. According to People, authorities reported that Monteith died as a result of a "mixed drug toxicity" of heroin and alcohol.
A source told People that, at the time, Monteith and Michele "were happy and very in love."
Though four years have passed since his tragic death, Michele still has a special place in her heart for Monteith. She's even gotten a number of tattoos to honor Monteith and the role he played in her life. As Entertainment Tonight notes, the Scream Queens actress has tattoos of the name of Monteith's character and the number "5," in reference to Monteith's Glee jersey number.
