What Did Blake Shelton Really Think Of Gwen Stefani's Vegas Residency?
After performing on many world tours as both the frontwoman of No Doubt and as a solo artist, Gwen Stefani revealed she would be embarking on her first Las Vegas residency in 2018. Titled "Just A Girl," the show took place at the Zappos Theater and featured performances of all her hits.
Stefani admitted she never imagined in her "wildest dreams" she would have her own Vegas show when announcing the residency and said her aim was to bring the best show the tourist destination had ever seen. As previously reported by People, the "Used To Love You" hitmaker teamed up with a Las Vegas nonprofit organization, Cure 4 The Kids Foundation.
For every ticket purchased, the three-time Grammy award-winner donated $1 to the charity. In an interview with TravelGirl, Stefani said she always "knew from the beginning that I wanted to do something within the local Vegas community to give back," adding, "I love supporting and helping kids and Cure 4 the Kids is a non-profit organization that provides medical treatment to children facing a number of life-threatening conditions, like cancer. They assist children and their families regardless of insurance or the ability to pay." After three years worth of concerts, Stefani donated $185,000 to the organization, per People.
The former No Doubt frontwoman has now wrapped her Vegas residency and went out with a bang. But, what did husband Blake Shelton think about the show?
