Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 14 - Here's What We Can Tell Fans So Far
"Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" has been a huge hit for Bravo ever since it debuted on the network — aka the home of the "Real Housewives" – back in 2006. Since then, it's aired an impressive 13 seasons of peeks inside some of the most lavish homes to ever hit the market, as well as inspiring various spin-offs to open up the door to some stunning (and seriously expensive) properties across the country, with lavish pads in New York, San Francisco, and Miami all getting the "Million Dollar Listing" treatment.
Season 13 of the reality hit debuted on Bravo in September. It wrapped up two months later after another successful bout of showing off true luxury at its finest and lifting the lid on life as a realtor in one of the most prestigious markets in the world (and all the drama that comes with it, let's never forget the drama). But what fans really want to know is, will there be more?
Let's take a deep dive into everything you need to know about a 14th season of "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles."
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 14's air date
"Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" Season 14's release date hasn't been officially confirmed as of early November 2021, as it's likely Bravo will want to wait until Season 13 has aired in its entirety to make an announcement about when fans can see more.
If we had to take a guess though, Fall 2022 is probably around the time fans can expect any new episodes. More recent seasons of the show have seen a new season premiere around the time the previous one ended. For example, the Season 12 finale, "Hollywood Royalty," aired on September 1, 2020, with the Season 13 premiere, picking up almost 12 months later to the day when "A Swedish Soirée" hit screens on September 2, 2021.
However, "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" has been a little sporadic with air dates over the years. Season 1 and Season 2 began airing in August 2007 and August 2008, before Season 3 slipped to an October 2009 premiere date. Season 4 also took a little longer when it hit screens in February 2011, around 14 months after the end of the previous cycle.
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 14 cast
It's not yet clear who will be returning for "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" Season 14, but that doesn't mean we can't have fun guessing.
It's pretty likely that long-standing realtor Josh Flagg will be back for more, as Flagg has pretty much become the face of the show over the years since first joining for Season 2 in 2008. Another longtime familiar face we'd be surprised not to see again is Josh Altman, who joined the show for Season 4.
As for the realtors currently rounding out the Season 13 cast? Well, we have James Harris and David Parnes (who both started selling houses in front of the cameras in Season 7), as well as Season 10's newbie, Tracy Tutor and, of course, Fredrik Eklund. Eklund first appeared as a guest on Season 12 before being upgraded to a full-time castmember for Season 13 after previously appearing on the East Coast spin-off, "Million Dollar Listing New York."
As for whether or not we could ever see fan favorite former castmember Madison Hildebrand return? Well, there's a bit of a question mark on that one. The star announced his departure back in 2018 after appearing on 10 seasons, telling The Daily Dish at the time, "I am so grateful to have had this opportunity but the time has come for me to re-energize, rejuvenate, and refocus my attention and light onto new endeavors."
What else to know about Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 14
It's important to point out that Bravo hasn't yet officially confirmed if "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" will be back for Season 14, though the numbers are looking pretty promising.
Episode 8 of Season 13, "Have a Cookie and Relax," aired on October 28 and was the most popular episode of the season to have aired at the time. ShowBuzz Daily reported that 712,000 people tuned in, which is more than 140,000 more than ShowBuzz Daily reported sat down to watch the previous week's episode, "The Laws of Distraction." Not bad!
Another thing you should know if more episodes pop up? Season 14 will probably see plenty of drama. Josh Flagg opened up to Forbes about what fans can expect from Season 13 in October 2021, and it sounds like we should probably expect some drama to spill over into the next instalment. "A lot of fighting," he teased of the big Season 13 storyline. "This season is good because there's a lot more fighting."
But let's not forget this is a show about real estate (though we obviously love the drama too). Josh admitted there were also several "better properties" and great chemistry between the cast. "There's a really good dynamic between all the agents whereas, in other years in the past, there hasn't been [as much]. There is a synergy. Everyone's getting along with each other. It's just a whole different thing," he said.
