Eva Longoria Dishes On One-Year Anniversary With Jose Baston

Eva Longoria and José Bastón may have gotten hitched nearly one year ago, but the cute pair still feel like newlyweds!

The Desperate Housewives (2004-12) actress gave Entertainment Tonight an exclusive look into their loving marriage—and discussed everything from those recent pregnancy rumors to how they plan to celebrate their first anniversary.

"We're always like newlyweds," the 42-year-old dished at the Los Angeles premiere of her new film, Lowriders. "Some days we feel like we've been married for 40 years and other days we feel like we've been married for two seconds — just depends on the day!"

And about those pesky pregnancy rumors? There's really nothing to say. Longoria simply laughed them off on the red carpet with ET, saying that if she and Bastón, who tied the knot in May 2016, decide to expand their family, she will be the first to let the world know via social media—but in the meantime, everyone should "simmer down!"

Longoria had previously refuted pregnancy hearsay last month on Snapchat (via E! News) while vacationing in Hawaii to celebrate her husband's 49th birthday. "I saw some pictures of myself really fat on a boat, and I have to tell you, all I did was eat cheese," she said. "So that's the news of the day. I'm not pregnant."

The actress revealed to ET that she'll be celebrating her one-year anniversary with Bastón in Cannes. "I'm going to be working in Cannes with L'Oreal," she explained. "It's my 12th year with L'Oreal, so I'll be there and he's coming and we're going to make it a long week."

Longoria also shared the key to a happy marriage: Make quality time for one another. "We're priorities for each other," she said, "So it's pretty easy."
