Who Is Love Island USA's Olivia Kaiser?
It wouldn't be unfair to say that for those who watch, "Love Island USA" is one of the best parts of the summer. The reality show is an American spin-off of the original "Love Island," a British show that's earned a cult following in the U.K. and abroad. "Love Island USA" revolves around a group of beautiful singles who seclude themselves in a mansion somewhere hot and preferably tropical. Throughout each season, new members of the cast arrive periodically and stir up the status quo of the house. If you happen to be in the unlucky position of being single at the end of the week, you're at risk of being voted off the island altogether. The goal of each contestant is to make it to the end of the season with a partner, if they do, they stand a chance to win $100,000, per The Cinemaholic.
Season 3 of "Love Island USA" is currently airing on CBS, and so far, the season is a doozy. There's already a possible villain, a fan favorite, and a few heartbroken islanders. Most importantly, though, there's also Olivia Kaiser, who looks like she might have what it takes to win.
Here's what we know about the potential Season 3 champ.
Olivia Kaiser has an agenda
When Olivia Kaiser showed up at the Hawaiian villa in Season 3 of "Love Island USA", she couldn't have been further from home. Olivia was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, which is a whole lot colder than Hawaii. According to Olivia, however, that chilly upbringing made her tough. "Alaska girls kick a**" she explained in her "Love Island USA" promo. "Like that's actually the slogan for Alaska," she joked.
Olivia has used that uncompromising attitude to start and run a successful business, despite her young age. When she isn't starring in a reality TV show, Olivia works as a cosmetologist specializing in permanent and semi-permanent makeup. This means that if you're ever in Arizona (where she's now based), see Olivia for all your lip-blushing and microblading needs, per The Cinemaholic. Despite her success as a businesswoman, Olivia was happy to put her cosmetology career on hold to join the cast of "Love Island."
Olivia, who was 28 years old when she joined the show, claimed to have a renewed interest in love thanks to her age. During her promo, Olivia explained that she wanted to ring in the final year of her 20s with purpose, and what could make life more meaningful than finding love? Finding love and $100,000!
