What David And Annie Toborowsky From 90 Day Fiance Do For A Living
Reality TV's pull is strong. We watch it with unfettered and rapt attention, waiting on the edge of our seats for the next big blow up or huge reveal. And we're disappointed when things don't work out the way we want. But every once in a while we get to smile, resting in the knowledge that we finally have a happy ending. David and Annie Toborowsky are one of those happy endings.
After meeting in a karaoke bar, where David bought Annie a drink, the couple became one of "90 Day Fiance" fans' favorite couples of all time, and anytime they're in the news, it's always good. That doesn't mean the couple hasn't weathered hard times, including financial issues. The first inkling fans got that David might not be flush with cash was when Annie's family expected him to pay a considerable dowry for Annie's hand in marriage. According to Screen Rant, he only had $!500 in reserve and had to take help from a friend just to get her K-1 visa application started.
Financial and other personal issues aside, this couple has seen their way through family suspicions, health troubles, and other setbacks to come out on top with their own show and several ways of raking in cash.
David and Annie Toborowsky are no strangers to side hustles
Sometimes making ends meet takes more than just your average 9-5 work day with weekends off. In fact, getting weekends off is usually something of a luxury nowadays. And oftentimes paying the bills includes a side hustle outside the regular work week. The same is true for fan-favorites from "90 Day Fiance," David and Annie Toborowsky.
It's been three years since the couple met in Thailand after David took a trip there following a divorce, Screen Rant reports. The couple, who first became famous for their stint on "90 Day Fiance," now have their own show aptly titled, "Spice it Up with David and Annie." Of course, cooking together isn't the only way this couple brings in money.
According to Screen Rant, they also made a nice paycheck to the tune of $185,000 doing personalized messages for fans on Cameo. With a 5 star rating and more than 3,200 videos under their belt, this couple has a perpetual gold mine whenever they need an influx of cash. Add that to the earnings from their cooking show, Annie's catering service, CookingWithDNA, tours and weddings, as well as, appearances on "90 Day Fiance: Pillow Talk," and this couple is sitting pretty financially.
Thankfully, David was eventually able to pay off Annie's dowry — which included a massive $6,000 in gold, two buffalo, and $15,000 in cash — because let's face it, we love, love, love this couple and wish them all the best in their future endeavors.
