Who Is Kirsten Jordan From Million Dollar Listing New York And What's Her Net Worth?
The new season of Bravo's "Million Dollar Listings: New York" is set to premiere on May 6, 2021, and newcomer Kirsten Jordan is the first female broker of this franchise, according to E! News. With over a decade of real estate experience and running her own team, Kirsten is ready to star alongside fellow agents Ryan Serhant and Fredrik Eklund.
"I have to say that [co-stars] Ryan and Fredrik were lucky because I am super confident," Kirsten said, per E! News. "I feel like I can hold my own because I've been in the business for so long, and I have done business with everybody on the show. So it honestly felt like such a natural fit."
When she's not brokering massive deals, she's spending time with her three children and husband Stefano Farsura, a real estate developer. Kirsten credited her success to her family, saying, "What's been the most important for me is I have an incredibly supportive family." "[Husband Stefano] has been instrumental with me working on new developments, which is where I got my start. It was an incredible experience for me when I was just getting into the business," she added.
With plenty of real estate experience under her belt, it's safe to say Kirsten has a lot of money in the bank. Keep reading to see how much the soon-to-be reality star is really worth.
Kirsten Jordan has amassed quite the fortune
Kirsten Jordan is a highly successful real estate broker with over half a billion dollars in luxury properties, according to E! News. Talk about a huge bank account! And if that's not enough, according to her website, she sold out three new developments in New York City for a total of $100 million. Her team is equally impressive with over $500 million in properties sold.
And that's not all: Kirsten was the sales director at 175 West 95th Street, a development of 146 apartments with a projected sell out of $200 million, according to her LinkedIn profile. She has been the sales director of 139 East 23rd Street since 2020, which includes a 14 unit development with a projected $45 million sell out. It seems that whatever Kirsten touches turns to gold!
One would think that many New Yorkers leaving the city would pose a challenge for real estate brokers, but it was quite the opposite for Kirsten. She told E! News, "2020 for me was an incredible growth year." "It took a couple months for everything to come back [but] I hit the ground running. I had my best year ever in 2020. I would say I knew things were going to bounce back. I've been in the business for a while and I wanted to capitalize on it."
Kirsten's net worth will only increase as she continues to sell more properties and win over more buyers in the process.
