In March 2021, TLC announced a sixth season of "Happily Ever After" along with its cast, via Cosmopolitan. As per TV Insider, the series is set to premiere on April 25, 2021 with cast members from the current "90 Day Fiancé" and Discovery+ series "90 Day: The Single Life" joining in on the drama.
Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa are two alums confirmed to be in the series. As Nicki Swift noted, the couple faced challenges navigating the COVID-19 pandemic in season five, and the storyline will continue in season six. He worked at a yogurt shop during the first few seasons of "90 Day Fiancé" but has since switched to a better paying job.
According to Soap Dirt, Asuelu works as a dance instructor at a Polynesian entertainment business called Siva Pasefika. The company provides weekly dinner and show performances for special events. Clients or organizers can hire Asuelu to dance as part of a troupe or hire him as a dance teacher to teach dance classes.
