Inside Zoey Deutch And Avan Jogia's Relationship
In Hollywood, five years seems like an eternity, especially for rising stars. Zombieland: Double Tap co-stars Avan Jogia and Zoey Deutch — who is Hollywood royalty thanks to parents Lea Thompson and Howard Deutch — dated from 2012 to 2017 before "amicably" calling it quits, per E! News. The couple were seemingly brought together by the now-defunct ABC Family, according to Bustle.
Jogia starred on Twisted while Deutch popped up on Switched at Birth. They sparked romance rumors at the 2012 Kids' Choice Awards. The duo quickly became indie darlings with their respective films Before I Fall and Rebel in The Rye premiering at the Sundance Film Festival the same year. Yet it seemed that fate had more in store for these two.
Deutch is best known for her roles in Flower, Set It Up, Why Him?, and Buffaloed. The Los Angeles native began acting in 2010 with stints on The Suite Life on Deck, Ringer, and Switched at Birth before becoming a beloved millennial red carpet regular. Canadian musician, screenwriter, and actor Jogia first appeared on screen in 2006 before reaching tween stardom in 2010 on Victorious. He starred in Deutch's family effort of The Year of Spectacular Men in 2017, with later appearances in Now Apocalypse, The Stranger, The Artist's Wife, and Resident Evil.

Zoey Deutch and Avan Jogia can seemingly separate business from pleasure
It seems nothing lasts forever. Avan Jogia and Zoey Deutch seemingly remained on decent terms after their split in 2017, with both of them starring in Zombieland: Double Tap two years after calling it quits. Yet their careers clearly were heading in separate directions.
Jogia previously told Glamaholic that he wanted to keep his relationship with Deutch private while balancing his desire to share on social media. "You run the risk of asking [the public] to pray more out of it, but it would also be a bit strange to totally ignore your significant other's existence in public as well," Borgia reasoned. "If you don't want it to be a spectacle, don't make it a spectacle."
Deutch similarly keeps her love life under wraps post-Jogia. Per POPSUGAR, Deutch has been dating Dylan Hayes, son of The Conjuring producer Chad Hayes, since March 2017. Jogia has also seemingly moved on and his been in relationship with actor Cleopatra Coleman since September 2017. The duo even recreated Billy Bob Thornton and Angelina Jolie's then-couple look for the Gone in 60 Seconds red carpet when Jogia attended the Zombieland: Double Tap premiere, according to the Daily Mail.
Post-split, Jogia and Deutch appear to have found long-term happiness with their new partners.
