Little People, Big World's Tori Roloff Opens Up About Her Pregnancy Loss
Little People, Big World stars Tori and Zack Roloff have shared the ups and downs of their life together on the reality show. The couple got married in 2015, and the wedding was broadcast on TLC for fans to enjoy. After that, Tori and Zack welcomed two children: Jackson, born in 2017, and Lilah, born in 2019. According to Today.com, both kids have dwarfism, which is the same condition that Zack has.
And their TLC show has been with them through their happy moments and even their health scares. In an October 2020 episode, Tori and Zack revealed that doctors diagnosed Lilah with influenza and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), according to People. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only health issue the family has dealt with.
On March 13, 2021, Tori revealed via Instagram that she and Zack were hoping to share their news of baby number three, but unfortunately, the pregnancy ended in a loss.
Tori Roloff's miscarriage made her feel 'sad, angry, and scared'
On March 13, 2021, Little People, Big World star Tori Roloff shared via Instagram the sad news of her miscarriage. The post featured a sweet photo of stitch art representing their third child, a Bible quote, and a positive pregnancy test. The caption, however, revealed the family's unfortunate loss.
Tori wrote, "We went in for our first ultrasound at 8 weeks and found out that we lost our sweet baby two weeks earlier... I've never felt so sad, angry, and scared in a single moment. I had no symptoms of losing our sweet angel baby and nothing could have prepared me for hearing our sweet baby was gone."
The caption continued with Tori counting her blessings in her husband Zack and their two young children, Jackson and Lilah. She wrote that she shared the sad news in order to help other women who've had miscarriages feel less alone and as a way for herself to heal. Tori wrote, "I felt as though I needed to acknowledge our sweet angel baby so I could go on sharing my babies here with me."
