Khloe Kardashian And Tristan Thompson Are Considering This Path For Their Second Baby

As the Kardashians prepare for their final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, more personal details revolving the ever-changing relationship between Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are being revealed.

Previous inside scoop into the on-again, off-again relationship claimed the reality star "of course sees herself marrying Tristan one day, but he has a lot to prove in order for their relationship to elevate to that level," according to Entertainment Tonight. Given the preview clips to come out in anticipation of the last season of KUWTK, it seems like their relationship might be elevating to a different level: another baby.

In a clip for the 20th season following the famous family around Calabasas, the Good American owner is seen telling Tristan, "I just feel like it's now time to have another kid." And the NBA star is all for it. Early episodes of the reality series followed Khloé through her decision to freeze her eggs in the hopes of expanding her family one day. Now, it looks like the reality TV couple is exploring this path to pregnancy.

A new teaser into the final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians shows the last few episodes following the lives of Kim, Kourtney, Khloé, Kylie, Kendall, Kris, and the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan are sure to be filled with drama. From Kim Kardashian West crying over what fans are thinking is a peek into her divorce to Kanye West, to Scott Disick claiming he's ready to propose, the clip revealed just enough to compel viewers to tune in. The one sister looking to add to the already large family? Khloé Kardashian, who looks to be considering surrogacy.

After reports surfaced that Khloé and her boyfriend Tristan are looking to have a second child (they share daughter True Thompson), previews into KUWTK's final season reveal Khloé speaking to Thompson about surrogacy and what that entails. "You're trusting the surrogate with your unborn child and it's just scary," says Khloé in the clip. 

The Kardashian sister could lean on her older sister Kim for advice on the path of surrogacy to expand her family. The SKIMS owner welcomed her last two children, Chicago and Saint, by two different surrogates in 2018 and 2019 respectively (via E! News).
