Who Chrishell Stause Should Date Next After Her Split From Keo Motsepe

High-end real estate agent and actor Chrishell Stause is back on the market. A source told US Weekly on Feb. 26, 2021 that the Selling Sunset star ended things with her boyfriend of nearly three months, professional dancer Keo Motsepe, earlier in the week. "There were multiple things that led to the breakup. Keo's super upset over this and still trying to process it," the source revealed.

The pair started dating following Season 29 of Dancing with the Stars. The former couple did not compete together, but found time to hang out once their schedule cleared up after they were separately booted from the competition, according to E! News. Motsepe posted a selfie with Stause on Dec. 3, 2020, making their romance Instagram official.

Motsepe was Stause's first romance after ex-husband actor Justin Harley filed for divorce in November 2019 after two years of marriage. The divorce was reportedly quite shocking for Stause, and she used her time on Dancing with the Stars to turn the page in her life. "I'm hoping this will be a new chapter, something positive," she told Entertainment Tonight in September 2020. "An experience I can kinda throw myself into and just kind of learn a new skill and have fun at the same time."

Now that she's single, Nicki Swift took a shot at playing matchmaker. Keep reading to see who Chrishell Stause might pair well with once she's ready to get back to the dating scene.

Chrishell Stause and Kevin Kreider have Netflix in common

Similarly to Chrishell Stause, Kevin Kreider is a rising reality star whose show lives on Netflix. Fans met the flirty and fun Kreider on the first season of Bling Empire, which takes viewers into the lavish lives of Los Angeles' elite Asian community. However, like Stause, Kreider did not come from an outrageously wealthy family, or have a trust fund backing his lifestyle. Kreider found his way into the lap of luxury when cast mate Kelly Mi Li found him on the internet and was intrigued by him, as she explained on the Viall Files podcast in February 2021.

Krieder is single and he showed he's ready to mingle because, by the end of Season 1 of Bling Empire, he found himself in a love triangle with Kelly and her on-again-off-again boyfriend Andrew Gray, and also sparked romance rumors with cast mate Kim Lee. Between his outgoing personality, humble background, and bachelor status, he could be a great fit for Stause. (Plus, can you just imagine the epic cross-overs and spin-offs their love could potentially launch?)

John Mayer could be Chrishell Stause's harmonious match

Pairing Chrishell Stause with musician John Mayer might seem a bit out of left field, but they have a common goal that might bond them: to have kids. Mayer has a reputation for being a bit of a player, but it seems that those days are long gone and he truly is looking to settle down. In a February 2021 interview with Andy Cohen, the "Gravity" singer said "there's one thing left" on his bucket list — a wife and kids.

Mayer went on to explain that he used to be too busy living life by his own rules to seriously settle down with someone, but now he's thinking more and more about his future and having a family. "I've come to a point in my life where, with this stuff, I'm not fatigued completely, but my hands are on my knees a little bit and I'm going, 'Okay, I definitely explored the life of what can be done for me by me,'" he said.

Stause tasted motherhood when she became stepmom to Justin Hartley's daughter, and she has been open about wanting a family of her own. In a September 2020 interview, the realtor told People that she has "taken the steps" to freeze her eggs. She said she did that in her late 30s to take pressure off of her and her potential future partner. Stause seems a bit more high maintenance than Mayer, but maybe that would strike the perfect balance.

Chrishell Stause should give this Bachelor alum her final rose

It was revealed in October 2020 that Chrishell Stause was almost named the Bachelorette for Season 4 of the reality dating show after ABC executive Rob Mills visited former Bachelor Nick Viall on his podcast and told him the story. "I've actually had lunch with Chrishell, this was about 10 or 11 years ago, to talk about being the Bachelorette," he began. He was urged to meet with Stause as a possible fit to lead the show and, upon meeting her, he thought she would be cast. "I was convinced, I was like, 'This is the Bachelorette,'" he continued. "Then Brad Womack's season aired and that's when he let go of both girls and one of them was DeAnna." DeAnna Pappas was then cast as the Bachelorette for Season 4.

Considering her history with the show, it seems like pairing Stause up with someone from the franchise might be an interesting and possibly successful way to go. There are definitely some gems from recent seasons that fans have an affection for, like Mike Johnson from Hannah Brown's season of The Bachelorette. Many fans would agree that he has a good heart with pure intentions, and that, of course, is what Stause deserves. Furthermore, he was rumored to have been considered for The Bachelor, and fans even started a petition to get him the role. However, like Stause, he was passed over. Maybe the two could find a paradise of their own, outside of The Bachelor franchise.
