The Truth About Jordan Fish, The Mother Of Denny Hamlin's Children
After winning the Toyota 500 NASCAR Cup Series for the second time, it's safe to say Denny Hamlin is best known for his successes on the race track. But he has been successful outside of work, too. The professional stock car driver dated Jordan Fish, who was previously a member of the Lady Cats, the official dance team for the Charlotte Bobcats. In fact, the duo met while Fish was performing in 2007, when they made eye contact as Hamlin sat courtside, per USA Today. However, Hamlin and Fish kept their distance since the racer was still dating his high school sweetheart Kristin Buntain at the time. However, they broke up after eight years together, just months after Fish and Hamlin locked eyes.
Following Hamlin's split from his ex, Fish made the first move when she contacted him to ask if he would sponsor her Miss South Carolina USA pageant and, of course, he obliged. As a thank you, Fish took Hamlin out to dinner and the rest is history. The two went on to welcome two children together, daughters Taylor and Molly. So are they still together? Let's find out.
Jordan Fish and Denny Hamlin might have called it quits
It's clear Jordan Fish is one busy mama with a life of her own. The former dancer describes herself as an "E-commerce Entrepreneur," according to her Instagram bio, and her online stores include Kustom Klutch, a handcrafted handbag collection, and her clothing line, Live on the Nines. She often uses social media to promote her businesses and to showcase some adorable photos of her little girls. In fact, the mom has her hands full with these two.
Back in April 2020, Denny Hamlin and Fish's eldest daughter, Taylor, accidentally sabotaged her dad while he was participating in the eNascar iRacing Pro Invitational Series. At the time, Taylor went to ask her dad to go go-carting with her as he was in the middle of the race. He shooed her away, but to his surprise, Taylor was holding the remote and accidentally turned off his monitors as she left the room. "Uh oh," she said in a clip of the incident shared to Twitter. Sadly, the mishap landed Hamlin in last place, but the story definitely takes home the win for the most relatable COVID-19 blunder.
Cute anecdote aside, what's the status of Hamlin and Fish's romance as of this writing? It seems like the two might have called it quits, as they haven't posted pics of each other on Instagram in years. Of course, it's possible they're just lying low.
