Justin Bieber Punches Aggressive Fan
Justin Bieber's latest hit was a literal one. The "Love Yourself" singer clocked a fan in the face on Nov. 22, 2016, before a concert in Barcelona, Spain.
According to video footage published by TMZ, Bieber was in the backseat of an SUV being escorted to his tour stop in the city. Bieber's window was open and he was waving to fans when one male admirer got way too close. The fan allegedly rushed the vehicle and stuck his arm through the window to try to touch the singer. It didn't end well for the Belieber: Biebs packed a mean punch, leaving the fan with a bloody lip and a lifetime of humiliation because the entire incident was caught on camera. The fan is heard saying in Spanish (via BET), "He just punched me...I touched his face like this and he went boom!"
It's only the latest incident in which Bieber, 22, has become irritated with his fans. In October 2016, he stormed off the stage during a concert in Birmingham, England, when fans wouldn't stop screaming as he was trying to speak. "I appreciate all the support, I appreciate love, I appreciate the kind things," he said at the time (via Billboard). "But the screaming in these breaks has got to stop. Please and thank you. I don't think it's necessary when I'm trying to say something and you guys are screaming."
He later posted a missive on Twitter (which he subsequently deleted) explaining his frustrations. "There's going to be times where I say the wrong thing, because I'm human," he wrote at the time (via Us Weekly). "But I don't pretend to be perfect and I hope to God that, you know, I don't say the right thing all the time because if that was the case then I'd be a robot, and I'm just, I'm not a robot. There's times when I get upset...times when I get angry, there's times when I'm going to be frustrated."
And sometimes that anger comes out with a jab to the face. You've been warned!
