How Marla Maples Feels About Tiffany Trump's Fiance Michael Boulos
With only a few hours remaining in her father's presidency, Tiffany Trump announced the news of her engagement to longtime boyfriend Michael Boulos on Jan. 19, 2021. "It has been an honor to celebrate many milestones, historic occasions and create memories with my family here at the White House, none more special than my engagement to my amazing fiancé Michael! Feeling blessed and excited for the next chapter!" she revealed via Instagram.
Although many elite players have congratulated the couple, including half-sister Ivanka Trump, no remarks have been made by Donald Trump himself. Since he was banned from Twitter — in addition to several other social media platforms — following the Capitol riots, it's possible he gave the pair his blessing in person. Trump has yet to publicly comment on Tiffany's man, although Michael has been an avid supporter of the president and has been seen at several family and political gatherings since 2018. Tiffany's mother, Marla Maples, however, has had a lot to say about her daughter's love. Keep scrolling for more details.
Marla Maples is a big fan of Michael Boulos
Donald Trump might be hard to impress, but Michael Boulos has managed to woo Tiffany Trump's mother, Marla Maples. Following the news of Boulos and Tiffany's engagement, the proud mama took to her Instagram story to share her daughter's announcement, writing, "Celebrating God's endless blessing of love" with a "congratulations" GIF. "May God's blessings & love always light your path. Love you so much, mom," she added.
Aside from celebrating the momentous occasion, this isn't the first time Maples has praised Tiffany's beau. Just days before the 2020 election, Maples shared a photo on her Instagram story of Boulos, who was giving an interview about Trump's work in the Middle East. "So proud of this young wise one who is like a son to me," per Daily Mail. She continued to write, "He loves this country so much," with an American flag emoji. Additionally, Maples fawned over Boulos — who is Lebanese, grew up in Nigeria, and is the heir to Boulos Enterprises, a multi-billion dollar Nigerian trading company — while talking with Town & Country. The Dancing With The Stars alum told the outlet: "I adore Michael!" It sounds like she is on board with the couple's matrimony.
