So let's put on our Lady Whistledown hats and find out if the rumors are true. Are Regé-Jean Page and Phoebe Dynevor really the new "it" couple of the year? Keep scrolling to find out and get all the details below.
This is how Regé-Jean Page reacted to the rumors
Bridgerton fans can't rejoice just yet. Regé-Jean Page seemed to shoot down the dating rumors that he was romantically linked to his co-star, Phoebe Dynevor. Despite Dynevor playing his on-screen wife, Page claims their chemistry was just for the cameras — while still coyly sidestepping the big question.
"I think everything you need to know is on camera," Page told Access Hollywood. "All of the sparks that flew off of the beautiful scripts that we were handed, and so I think that the sparky scripted material are more than enough." For her part, Dynevor nodded.
The material was more than steamy, indeed. Based on Julia Quinn's bestselling series of novels, Brigderton faithfully portrayed the titular family's high society endeavors during debutante season in the early 1800s. Julie Andrews voices the secretive narrator and gossip columnist Lady Whistledown, framing the drama within different chapters.
While Season 2 is reportedly underway, fans can't wait to see whether Page and Dynevor take their relationship to the next level, both on and off-screen.
