The Truth About JWoww And Zack Carpinello's Relationship
Viewers watched Jenni "JWoww" Farley and Roger Mathews fall in love on Season 3 of Jersey Shore, which was followed up by a fairytale wedding and two kids (Meilani and Greyson). The good times were short-lived, as the two went through a nasty divorce three years after tying the knot. The split quickly devolved in an on-going battle of he said, and the exes fought over custody.
After the divorce got settled, JWoww seemed to have a new positive energy about her, and she was ready to take another shot at love. That happened in Apri 2019 when she introduced her then-mystery man during an appearance on the It's Happening with Snooki & Joey podcast, sharing nothing more than his nickname, "24" (his then-age). JWoww and wrestler Zack Carpinello (pictured right) soon became Instagram official after posting a photo from vacation at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
However, things quickly went downhill for the pair after footage in Jersey Shore: Family Vacation showed Carpinello getting flirty with Jersey Shore cast member Angelina Pivarnick. The duo reportedly broke up in October 2019, but now it seems they're giving the romance another chance. So is there a chance the relationship could work out long-term? Here is the truth about JWoww and Zack Carpinello's relationship.
JWoww wants a 'redo' with Zack Carpinello
At first, there didn't seem to be a possibility of reconciliation when Jenni "JWoww" Farley and Zack Carpinello broke up, as JWoww said how silly and betrayed she felt after watching her BF with her co-star, Angelina Pivarnick. "I feel disrespected by someone I called a friend and by someone who stated they loved me," she wrote on Instagram at the time. "For 5 months I was kept in the dark about this. For 5 months I was naive, probably laughed at, and made into a storyline that will forever haunt me. My heart hurts on so many levels." However, the couple reunited in December 2019 and posted loving messages about each other on social media.
Cut to November 2020, when JWoww has opened up about why she let Carpinello join the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation cast again. "Being back on TV as we do this show, you never know how it turns out," JWoww told Us Weekly. "So, bringing him back in and just like coming full circle and being like, 'Alright, let's hit the reset button, and redo this,' obviously, I was a little hesitant." She overcame her worries, though, adding, "I just want everyone to be happy, but I also don't want anything taken out of context. So, you know, that's the mama bear in me!"
Viewers can watch JWoww and Carpinello's "reset" relationship Thursdays on MTV starting Nov. 19.
