Here's How Much Isabela Merced Is Really Worth
Isabela Merced is the kind of young star who's poised to do big things in the entertainment industry. If that surprises you due to the fact that you don't recognize her name, that might be because you may know her as Isabela Moner, which is her real name. It's also one that she no longer uses professionally.
"Although Isabela Moner was my given name, Isabela Merced tells my story and my future," she explained to Refinery29 in October 2019. The outlet explained that the name change was "an homage to her late Peruvian grandmother Yolanda Merced Salazar Pittman." Whatever moniker that Merced uses, she's proving that she has what it takes to be a success in show business.
First finding fame as the character CJ Martin in Nickelodeon's 100 Things to Do Before High School, Merced also landed roles in 2017's Transformers: The Last Knight and 2019's Let It Snow. She voiced a character in the animated film The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature. Young fans (and their parents) will likely also have seen the actress on a live-action onscreen adventure as the star of 2019's Dora and the Lost City of Gold.
While that's all undeniably impressive, this is one performer who's just getting started. And because of that, she not only already has a stunning amount of money, but she'll also likely continue to add to her impressive fortune, thanks to what's in store for the 19-year-old star.
Isabela Merced is already a millionaire
Isabela Merced may not be one of the richest female celebs in the world right now, however, she's still doing pretty darn well for herself. In fact, she may have even more money than you thought. And frankly, considering what Merced has been up to when it comes to her career, she's set herself up to make a lot more.
In 2021, Merced will be starring in the "revenge thriller" Sweet Girl along with Jason Momoa (who is also producing the Netflix film) and Marisa Tomei. While Merced plays a character named Rachel, Momoa will appear as Cooper, "a husband who vows to bring justice to the people responsible for his wife's death while also protecting his daughter," per Variety.
On top of that, Merced has gotten into the music side of the business. "After making waves... with the release of her first single 'Papi' — which would go on to earn over 5 million streams on Spotify with a music video viewed over 12 million times on YouTube," E! News reported that she released an "excellent" EP, the better half of me, in May 2020. E! also pointed out that the star's "music career may be young, but it's already mighty," which is one reason she's bringing in the big bucks.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, if she's so inclined, Merced can boast about having a fortune of $3 million, and there's no telling how much that number will rise in years to come.
