Inside Lori Loughlin And Mossimo Giannulli's New Home
Lori Loughlin's new house is only half full. With her daughters, Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose, quarantining away from home, and with jail time right around the corner for Loughlin and her husband after a notorious college scandal, it only makes sense for the couple to downsize. And downsized they have, albeit to a home that's still relatively large for any two people to live in.
According to Variety, the Full House actress and husband Mossimo Giannulli relocated to a home in Hidden Hills, California, a gated community that is also home to many other celebs. The property dented their wallets by $9.5 million, which is significantly cheaper than their previous home in Bel-Air, which was originally listed for $35 million (but sold for much less, at $18.75 million to Tinder co-founder Justin Mateen, per Variety). But considering the community and perks of the plot, the college scandal couple is still getting a great deal on what they paid for.
The house is over 11,000 square feet
Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli's new home covers 11,748 square feet, according to People, and includes six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The rooms are spread out in a modern farmhouse-style fashion, with photos showing a pool in the night-lit backyard lined with luxurious recliner sunbathing chairs (which Loughlin could definitely use after she spends two months in a jail cell and another two years of supervised release time).
The entire crib, which was built just last year and has never before been occupied, spans two stories and is said to be "a fresh take on luxury country living," according to the listing, with tall ceilings, large windows, and multiple fireplaces dotting the home. The couple's new home even has its own temperature-controlled wine cellar, a movie theater, and a chef's kitchen featuring up-to-date lavish appliances, white cabinetry, and marble countertops.
The home itself is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in a community that is also occupied by other famous celebs like the Kardashians, Drake, Miley Cyrus, and The Weeknd, per Variety. Loughlin's former costar, John Stamos, also moved to the neighborhood in August 2019... so who knows? Maybe the area is on its way to turn into a Full House after all.
