How Kim Kardashian Feels About Kanye West's Eye-Opening Rally
Kim Kardashian is reportedly not thrilled with husband Kanye West after his shocking South Carolina campaign rally on July 19, 2020. That's because, during the campaign stop, the rapper tearfully shared that he and Kim discussed a possible abortion when she was pregnant with their first child, North West, in 2013, according to USA Today. He added that he feared Kardashian West might divorce him for sharing the revelation.
"I almost killed my daughter...My girlfriend [Kardashian] called me screaming, crying," he recalled at the rally. "I'm a rapper. And she said I'm pregnant. She was crying...Even if my wife were to divorce me after this speech, she brought North into this world, when I did not want to. She stood up, and she protected that child."
The rally came after West announced his bid for president on July 4, 2020, tweeting, "We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future. I am running for president of the United States! #2020VISION." Although Kardashian subtly supported his campaign at the time by tweeting an American flag emoji, she is apparently now "furious" that he shared such private information, and is also worried about her husband's well-being, People reported.
Here's what else close sources are saying about Kim Kardashian's supposed reaction to her husband's rally.
Kim Kardashian is reportedly concerned about North West
Kim Kardashian West is supposedly upset with Kanye West after his rally on July 19, 2020, because she thinks his comments will take a toll on their family, a source told People. "Kim is shocked that Kanye spoke about North at the rally," the insider shared. "She is furious that he shared something so private. She loves her kids tremendously and wants to protect them. Her favorite thing in the world is being a mom."
During rapper's rambling speech, in which he wore a vest that read "security" and had "2020" shaved into his head, he also made an inaccurate comment, per the Associated Press, claiming that abolitionist Harriet Tubman "never freed the slaves." Although we imagine this didn't sit well with Kardashian either, she's primarily concerned about her four children potentially watching West's speech one day, according to Entertainment Tonight. The rapper's loved ones are also supposedly hopeful Kanye will suspend his campaign altogether.
"She knows this is something North will see when she gets older and that's heartbreaking," the insider told Entertainment Tonight. "At the end of the day people close to Kanye want him to end this presidential run now before he does more damage to himself, his brand and the family."
As for the couple's marriage? "Things have broken down significantly between the two of them, and it's happened pretty suddenly," a source alleged to People.
Only time will tell how this tough situation plays out.
