Here's How Tamra Judge Stays So Fit
It's no secret Real Housewives of Orange County alum Tamra Judge is passionate about fitness and exercise. Not only did she open up a gym called Cut Fitness with her husband, Eddie Judge, but she was also an avid bodybuilder during her run on RHOC. "Working out is my sanity and it helps me with balancing my mood. I find if I can't work out I start to feel depressed," Tamra told Parade in 2014 about her penchant for keeping fit.
Now that Tamra isn't on RHOC anymore (she exited the show after Season 14 in January 2020), she has more time to hit the gym than ever. Ass such, she has been sharing workout advice with fans, including her top tips for staying so buff. "Dusted off my 20 year old weights and did an Upper body & ab workout in my living room today," she captioned an instructional video from April 2020.
So what are some of Tamra's secrets? Let's just say her moves aren't for the faint of heart.
Tamra Judge's fitness routine doesn't cut corners
Tamra Judge looked amazing when she first joined the Real Housewives of Orange County in 2006, but she had an even more stunning transformation after devoting herself to fitness. "I truly believe that working out, eating well, and taking your supplements is really the key to staying young," she told ET Online in 2016 about her inspiration for working out. "I can see it in my face. I can see it in my skin. I can just see it in my whole body." She joked, "You know, I'm 48 years old. I started to see just a layer of fat developing around my midsection. And I'm like, 'Oh hell no! This is not happening.'"
Of course, there is no "right" way to look, and every body type is beautiful. But for Tamra, her ideal figure requires an intense workout routine that especially targets her abs, butt, and arms.
To achieve a tight booty, Tamra does reps of bridge prose using a platform and resistance band right above her knees. The former reality star and her husband, Eddie Judge, also put together a "3-minute ab workout" video, which features walking planks, mountain climbers, jumping jack planks, and low five planks. "That workout is not only going to give you a strong core, but it's also going to give you the six-pack you're looking for," Eddie said about the regimen.
