Where Does Kailyn Lowry Live And How Big Is Her House?

Kailyn Lowry first rose to fame when she appeared on 16 and Pregnant in 2010. Later, she joined the cast of MTV's spinoff Teen Mom 2, alongside other reality show moms, including Jenelle Evans, Chelsea DeBoer, and Leah Messer. According to Kailyn's personal website, she's the author of several books, many of which are New York Times best-sellers. She also hosts the podcast, Coffee Convos, with Lindsie Chrisley of USA Network's Chrisley Knows Best.

But Kailyn's career doesn't even stop there! The pregnant mother-of-three also runs a hair care company called Pothead, which is "a line of CBD Oil Infused Hair Treatments & Hair Products," per the website.

With this impressive lineup of projects, it's amazing that the Teen Mom star found the time to move, but move she did. According to Radar Online, Kailyn was living in Delaware and fans were curious if she'd leave the state, but instead, she just upgraded to a bigger home in Middleton, Del. Per the outlet, Kailyn put her former home up for rent in October 2019 for $2,100.

Fans of the show will remember Kailyn, a.k.a. Kail, talking about buying land to build her dream home on, but she ended up opting for something already made. Just because she didn't build it, though, doesn't mean her new house isn't incredibly lovely.

Kailyn Lowry's new home was listed in June 2019 for $837,770, per Radar Online, and she bought it on Aug. 1, 2019 for $830,000. Kailyn's new home is 5,102 square feet and "boasts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bedrooms," according to the outlet. The reality star has been very open about sharing her massive house with Instagram followers, including shots of her dining room, her very organized closet, her guest room, her bedroom, and her amazing home office.

Glamorous home aside, Kailyn hasn't always had an easy life. Over the years, she has had a fraught relationship with her parents, got diagnosed with bipolar disorder (and later revealed she was misdiagnosed), and wound up at a homeless shelter after her eldest son Isaac was born in 2010.

She spoke about the experience with E! News in 2014, recalling, "I did have to stay at the homeless shelter because I really just didn't have — I didn't want my son to be taken away from me if I didn't have a place to stay, so my cousin found the program for me to get in after I stayed at the homeless shelter and they helped me find my first apartment."

Kailyn shares her son, Isaac, with her ex, Jo Rivera, and her son, Lincoln, with ex-husband, Javi Marroquin. She has her son, Lux, with on-and-off boyfriend, Chris Lopez, according to Radar Online. Currently, Kailyn is pregnant with her fourth child, another boy with Lopez.
