Here's How Much Channing Tatum Is Really Worth
Channing Taum — the hunk better known for his sexy role in Magic Mike — has made quite a career for himself in Hollywood. Though the 39-year-old started off working as a stripper and later as a male model, he's since appeared in at least 38 films (per Fandango), including Step Up, the movie he starred in with ex Jenna Dewan before the two fell in love and tied the knot.
According to Wealthy Gorilla, the actor is now worth $50 million! Some of his most memorable roles include Jenko in 21 Jump Street (and its sequel), John Tyree in Dear John, and Duke in She's the Man.
Apart from his career in show business, Tatum is a dedicated family man. After his 2018 split from Dewan, he fought hard to get joint custody of their daughter, 6-year-old Everly (via People), and suggested a detailed co-parenting plan to make her life post-divorce as simple and loving as possible.
Now, Dewan is engaged to (and recently welcomed a child with) actor Steve Kazee. Tatum, meanwhile, has been dating singer Jessie J on and off since 2018, but reportedly called it quits with her again in early April 2020.
Channing Tatum's personal expenses
So, how have Channing Tatum's finances been impacted by the events of his personal life? According to TMZ, the issue of child support was discussed between Tatum and Jenna Dewan, but the details of their agreement are reportedly unclear. Still, a source told the outlet that the actor has a specific bank account dedicated to his daughter's expenses.
For the past few months, Tatum has been flying back and forth from Los Angeles to London — where Jessie J is based — to spend time with the singer and with his daughter. When he and Jessie J were still going strong, The Sun reported Tatum and the singer rented a mansion in Suffolk together.
"They still spend a lot of time in America, but when they're in the UK they find London quite intense so enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside," an insider told the outlet in August 2019. "The property they've been using suits them down to the ground as it's not too far from London, but it's really relaxing and away from all the noise so they can spend quality time together."
Now that the two have reportedly split, however, fans can only assume Tatum will lay low in his California mansion.
