The Real Reason Channing Tatum And Jessie J Called It Quits Again
"Magic Mike" star Channing Tatum seems to be having a difficult time keeping the magic in his romantic relationships.
After his breakup with actress Jena Dewan after nine years of marriage, the actor and dancer moved on with singer-songwriter Jessie J. The British star seemingly caught Tatum's eye in 2018, when they were spotted together just months after he and Dewan announced their split. But things quickly went south in this rebound relationship and a number of factors may have been in play: busy schedules, long-distance struggles while Jessie J tours, and alleged commitment issues.
"Jessie is free-spirited and doesn't want to be tied down," an insider told InTouch Weekly. "Plus, he's still recovering from his messy divorce with Jenna and is prioritizing his family."
Despite all the breakup buzz, the pair seemed to patch things up after about a month apart. In fact, the celebs had made it clear they were together via lovey-dovey social media posts, but now, news has surfaced that these two are on the outs again. Here's the real reason.
Channing Tatum and Jessie J had a realization
According to People, Jessie J and Channing Tatum's reconciliation was short-lived. After months of trying to mend the relationship, sources say they reached a conclusion. "They cared enough about each other to try again but realized it was better to move on," a source said. And the reason?
If the gossip is true, these two were still too busy for each other. Tatum's plate was allegedly full as he juggles being a dad (He and Dewan share a daughter named Everly) and an ambitious career. "He has a world awaiting him and is trying to manage how busy he is which isn't easy," the insider told People. Meanwhile, Jessie J is plenty busy and will continue to tour in 2020.
