The 2019 iHeartRadio Music Award nominations are in!
On Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019, iHeartRadio and Fox announced this year's nominees in celebration of the biggest names in music who were featured on radio stations across the country in 2018, E! News reports.
According to a statement released by the Chief Programming Officer for iHeartMedia, Tom Poleman, "Millions of music's biggest fans have once again made their voices heard and, of course, we listened" (via Entertainment Tonight). He added, "What makes our iHeartRadio Music Awards categories so special is that they truly reflect the artists, songs and moments that have defined this past year in entertainment. We can't wait to see who wins."
With Cardi B dominating this year with 14 nominations, fellow rapper Drake scored eight, while the likes of Ariana Grande, Post Malone, and Maroon 5 all earning five. Fans can cast their votes in a number of categories until Thursday, March 7, at either iHeartRadio.com/awards or via Twitter by pairing the nominee's name with one of the category hashtags.
