The Untold Truth Of Brielle Biermann
Brielle Biermann has lived out her tween years in front of television cameras, and when she first graced our screens on Bravo TV's The Real Housewives of Atlanta, she looked all sorts of awkward.
Even though the hit reality show focused on her mom, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, and Brielle was just a supporting cast member, all that changed when their family scored the spin-off series Don't Be Tardy. Brielle managed to steal the show, and viewers became fascinated with her life as she grew up and blossomed into the stunning mirror image of her mom.
However, there's more to Brielle than her beauty and perfectly tousled hair. She has amassed a huge social media following of adoring fans who gleefully follow her every move. From her six-figure paycheck earned simply by being a social media influencer, to her struggles with learning her ABCs, this is the untold truth of Brielle Biermann.
She's not fixing her 'duck lips,' so deal with it
Growing up on television means viewers have been given a front row seat to Brielle Biermann's ever-changing looks. As she's matured, her physical appearance has changed, as well. As such, many people assumed she had plastic surgery done on her face — something she has vehemently denied. "[Fans] think I've had all this work done on my face when in reality all I've done is my lips, and I feel like I've been very open about it so it's annoying," she said during an episode of The Doctors.
Despite being candid about getting lip injections, the criticism has raged on. While attending Khloé Kardashian's baby shower in March 2018, Biermann posed alongside the mom-to-be, former The Real Housewives of Miami star Larsa Pippen, and her mother, Kim Zolciak-Biermann. In the Instagram photo, all four women have noticeably full lips, which prompted Instagram users to unleash hateful comments. But Brielle clapped back. "My lips do not look good in photos. I f***ing get it. I'm really over y'all saying this as if I've never seen/heard it," she said (via People). "I'm not changing them — whether it looks good to you or not."
She then took to Twitter to leave the haters with one final message: "Going to get my duck lips plumped up some more !! C ya!" That's right, girl. You do you.
Cashing in on 'Don't Be Tardy'
If you thought being a supporting cast member on a reality TV show wasn't lucrative, you're partly right. While appearing on the tenth season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Brielle Biermann reportedly wasn't paid a penny for her time on the show, despite sparking drama among cast members. Phooey!
She probably didn't need the paycheck anyway, because she reportedly raked in some major cash for the sixth season of Don't Be Tardy. According to an insider who spoke with Page Six, Biermann was allegedly paid $10,000 per episode, which came out to a total haul of $120,000. Make. It. Rain!
She's been putting her earnings to good use, too. She purchased a Mercedes G-Class SUV at the age of 20, and we wouldn't be surprised if she used all the extra dough to cover her expenses after she decided to move out of her parents' home and into her own condo in January 2018.
It goes down in her DM
One perk of being in the public eye is all the attention one receives from adoring fans, but admirers can also be a headache, especially for someone like Brielle Biermann.
During a Facebook Live session with Page Six in September 2016, Biermann's mom revealed that the then-19-year-old had been the recipient of some inappropriate direct messages. "I've seen some pictures she gets. It's horrible," Kim Zolciak-Biermann said.
Brielle, on the other hand, took it all in stride. "I think it's funny ... I get nudes sent to me from grown men," she said. Her mom has a direct message for her daughter's creepy pursuers: "Why don't you get a job, buddy? Instead of sending your hocho penis around the internet!"
So why is Brielle such a popular social media influencer? Good question: she can't even figure out what makes her so alluring. "I don't really have a secret," she told Entertainment Tonight. "I don't know what it is. I don't even have a really cool esthetic."
Walking the runway
Many of her social media photos show Brielle Biermann all decked out in flashy, colorful bikinis, and on the rare occasion that she isn't lounging on a beach, she's looking like a whole entrée from head to toe in some of the trendiest outfits. We'd even go as far as to call her a style guru. The fashion world even took notice of her ability to slay everything she wears.
Michael Kuluva asked Biermann to walk the runway for his Tumbler and Tipsy fashion show in 2013 during New York Fashion Week. According to E! News, she wore "sky-high heels, black tights, [a] pink and green skirt, [a] pink sweater and [a] top that read, 'Pretty Lil' B***h.'" Though her mom wasn't able to be there to support her, Biermann looked stunning on the runway, and she did an amazing job strutting her stuff. Sashay, shantay!
Social media pays the bills
Not only is she making a nice chunk of change as a reality star, but Brielle Biermann is also pulling in a ton of cash through her social media account. Those who follow her on Instagram may notice her shilling hair vitamins and detox drinks.
During an interview on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen (via the Daily Mail), her mom told the show's host that her daughter didn't have a legit job, before adding, "'I wouldn't be working either if I was making six figures on social media." Kim Zolciak-Biermann also said Brielle was making enough money to buy herself a Range Rover, something Brielle shared with her followers on — you guessed it – social media.
Though her online income is substantial, Brielle has contemplated making a huge change in the way she presents herself on the platform. "I was thinking of deleting every single picture on there and starting fresh, because I kind of just post whatever I want to post... it's kind of just random," she told Entertainment Tonight.
She's 'not a fan' of salads
Okay, so if she's not going under the knife to sculpt her nearly-perfect figure, how does Brielle Biermann manage to look bikini-ready 24/7? As she told People magazine, she hits the gym three times a week to keep herself in shape, but, as far as eating healthy and maintaining a consistent diet? Well, that's just not her style.
"Every day I have to have a cheeseburger or chicken tenders at some point throughout my day, and if I don't have a little something sweet — whether it's a peanut butter cup, a small brownie or anything chocolate — after dinner, I don't feel like I ate," Biermann said. She added that her mom tried to force her to eat salads, but she's "not a fan!"
"I love to eat, and I eat anything and everything I want, just in moderation. I honestly can't stick to a diet to save my life," she said. Given that she once called her Chick-fil-A meal "bae" in an Instagram post and released a collection of phone cases covered in juicy hamburger graphics, we'd say her carnivorous ways are definitely legit!
She struggles with her ABCs
While speaking with TooFab, Brielle Biermann opened up about some very interesting facts about herself, and one of them proved particularly wacky. "I only know my ABCs backwards," the Don't Be Tardy star said. "Isn't that so weird? I'm like, why didn't I learn it the forward way? I know like ABCDE because of Scantron tests, but other than that, I really couldn't tell you what goes on." What? How is that even possible?
The TV star tried to explain: "The Pre-K and Kindergarten that I went to taught it [backwards] also, and I got confused," she said. "I don't even know why they tried teaching us that way. Like my sister knows it backwards, too, but she knows the full thing also because she's still in school. But me, I didn't really care to learn it. So when I learned it one way, I just was like, f**k it." (We don't want to imagine a kindergarten-aged Brielle saying that.)
File this one under: things she should definitely keep to herself!
Her biological father is a mystery ... to us
Brielle Biermann is one of six kids, but the details of her family tree are more than a bit perplexing. Kim Zolciak-Biermann conceived siblings: Kaia, Kash, Kane, and Kroy Jagger (aka KJ) with her husband, former football player Kroy Biermann. Brielle's sister, Ariana, was fathered by their mom's ex-husband, a man named Daniel Toce.
But what about Brielle? It's been rumored that she may have a different dad than Ariana, and it was her own grandfather, Joe Zolciak, who spilled the tea to TMZ. During a feud with Kim Zolciak-Biermann — back when the reality star was barely on baby No. 4 — Joe said, "[Kim] has been married twice and has three different fathers of her four children. Let's face the facts."
Life and Style speculated that Brielle's dad is a married cop Kim had an affair with when she was 16 or 17, but, at this point, does it even matter? Brielle's stepdad, Kroy, has stepped up to the plate, legally adopting Brielle and Ariana after he married Kim. He reportedly treats the older girls like one of his own. In fact, on his birthday, Brielle shared on Instagram just how much her father figure means to her with a caption that read, in part, "I'm so blessed to have you in my life! I hope my husband one day will be half the man you are to my mom and the kids. I love you dad!"
