Scott Disick Reportedly Took His Ex Sofia Richie's Wedding Hard
Scott Disick was literally the only person who wasn't happy about Sofia Richie's fairytale wedding.
But before we talk about Disick's sorrow, we have to talk about Richie's exclusive, luxurious nuptials that completely enchanted onlookers. In late April, Richie married Elliot Grainge, a big-time music executive who has racked up a $10 million net worth. Between Grainge's assets and Richie being one of three heirs to Lionel Richie's fortune, they definitely had the means to go all out. According to Vogue, Richie and Grainge had a destination wedding that took them and their star-studded guest list to the south of France. Richie also lived out every bride's dream of wearing three different Chanel gowns for her ceremony and reception. Basically, it'll be super hard for any other celebrities to top Richie's big day anytime soon.
Anyway, about Disick ... yeah, he's reportedly not nearly as excited about Richie reaching wifey status as she and her new husband are. Given that Disick was Richie's most recent ex before getting with Grainge in 2020, a little animosity is to be expected, we suppose. But is that all it is? Here's everything you need to know.
Scott Disick was bummed about Sofia Richie getting married
According to Entertainment Tonight, Sofia Richie's wedding didn't go over well with Scott Disick. "Scott is feeling a bit sad right now," a source revealed to the outlet. "He really misses his parents, but he is so incredibly grateful for his children and absolutely loves being a dad." They continued, "He is doing his best to focus on the good things in his life, but between Kourtney and Travis' wedding special airing and Sofia's wedding this weekend, it has been a lot. He's spending time with close friends to stay distracted and keep busy."
Richie's wedding occurred not long after Disick's new, strained dynamic with Kourtney Kardashian was featured on "The Kardashians," which might have added to his loneliness. It's also possible that Disick was feeling a bit salty over Richie finding her happiness. According to Disick, Richie once forced him to put her above Kardashian, who is the mother of his kids. "I thought I would give it a try and make her more of a priority, but then even when doing that, I feel like she just started wanting to push Kourtney out," Disick shared on "Keeping Up with The Kardashians" (via People). "And I said like, that's the most important thing to me is my kids and that's my family, and the only family I have, including you guys along with it."
Now Disick has lost his friendship with Kardashian and is basically alone. Right?
Is Scott Disick dating anyone?
These days, Scott Disick's circle seems to be a little light. Of course, he has his three children with Kourtney Kardashian, but on the romantic side, he doesn't appear to be as utterly in love as either of his exes. He doesn't appear to be dating anyone currently, although he was reportedly involved in a few romances in 2022. Disick started the year seemingly bonding with model Rebecca Donaldson. According to Entertainment Tonight, Donaldson and Disick were at the premiere of "The Kardashians" and even interacted with members of the Kardashian-Jenner clique. However, it doesn't appear as if that relationship lasted too long.
Months later, Entertainment Tonight reported that Disick was involved with Kimberly Stewart. And unlike the past, Disick's exciting relationship news was actually Kardashian-approved. According to the outlet, Disick's honorary family was only concerned that Disick was "happy and healthy and the kids are good." Unfortunately, the same can't be said for Kimberly's family. According to Page Six, Kimberly's brother, Sean Stewart, who is also Scott's friend, doesn't support their relationship. "Sean is very protective of Scott," revealed a source. "He probably is scared that Kimberly will break his heart." And while there's been no official breakup, it's been months without any updates on the pair.
Anyone feel just a tiny bit sorry for Scott?
