2018 Emmy Award Nominations Announced

The 2018 Emmy Award nominations have been announced!

On Thursday, July 12, 2018, Samira Wiley and Ryan Eggold revealed this year's nominees for television's biggest night from the Wolf Theatre at the Television Academy's Saban Media Center, as reported by E! News.

With Game of Thrones leading the pack with 22 noms, Saturday Night Live and Westworld trailed closely behind with 21 nods each. Meanwhile, The Assassination Of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story and Atlanta scored 18 and 16 nominations, respectively.

As Nicki Swift previously reported, SNL stars Colin Jost and Michael Che are set to host the event. The comedy duo, who have helmed their show's "Weekend Update" desk since 2014, will follow in the footsteps of last year's host, Stephen Colbert

Check out the full list of this year's nominees below, and be sure to tune into the event later this fall to see if your faves win. The 70th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards will air live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Monday, Sept. 17, at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
