Felicity Jones Secretly Marries Boyfriend Charles Guard

Felicity Jones just tied the knot with director Charles Guard.

A rep for the Rogue One actress told Entertainment Tonight that Jones and Guard married at Sudeley Castle in Gloucestershire, England on Saturday, June 30, 2018. According to The Sun, Eddie Redmayne and Tom Hanks were among guests at the wedding.

Jones and Guard first started dating in 2015. They later got engaged in May 2017, as reported by Us Weekly.

The pair have been very private about their relationship over the years. However, Jones did open up about finding "The One" back in 2014 while she was promoting The Theory of Everything. "I am definitely romantic and I love romantic stories — that's why I keep making romantic movies," she told The Telegraph. "It's funny how seeing a love story never gets boring because it's the dream isn't it? It's the dream to have a true connection with another human being."

Jones isn't the only celebrity to have gotten married in secret recently. As Nicki Swift previously reported, Cardi B recently admitted in June that she and Offset had privately wed back in September 2017, though they'd gotten publicly engaged a month later. Comedian and Tosh.0 host Daniel Tosh also made headlines that same month for news that he'd gotten hitched to girlfriend Carly Hallam two years earlier.
