Scott Disick Denies Sofia Richie Split

Are Scott Disick and Sofia Richie still together?

On Monday, June 4, 2018, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star took to his Instagram Stories to deny recent reports that the two had supposedly called it quits.

"We had no idea we even broke up," Disick wrote, captioning a snapshot of a TMZ article, which claimed they were still a couple despite previous speculation (via Entertainment Tonight). "But thanks for thinking of us."

According to an E! News exclusive, the 35-year-old reality TV star and 19-year-old model were also spotted grabbing lunch together at the restaurant Nobu in Malibu, Calif. on Monday. An eyewitness told the publication that Disick and Richie were "smiling" and "looked happy" during their afternoon outing.

As Nicki Swift previously reported, rumors that Disick and Richie had split surfaced on Saturday, June 2, 2018, after the dad of three was caught allegedly cheating.

"He cheated on her in Miami and she found out and told [her father] Lionel [Richie]," an Us Weekly source claimed at the time. "He said he is going to cut her off and write her out of his will if she continues her relationship with Scott as he thinks he's extremely toxic for her."

Disick's reported infidelity had "caused huge problems in their relationship," the insider went on, but added that the pair had been "trying to work things out."

Meanwhile, a People source alleged that the television personality "seemed fine" amid the rumored breakup, adding, "He even thinks she might change her mind. He isn't really taking it seriously."

Due to their 15-year age difference, Disick and Richie made headlines when they went public with their relationship last September. Richie's father later revealed that he wasn't necessarily on board with his daughter's high-profile romance, telling Us Weekly in November 2017, "I'm scared to death, are you kidding me?" The "Hello" singer also referred to the couple's romance as "just a phase" in February 2018.

Just last week, Disick and Richie seemed to be going strong. "Happy Birthday babe!" the model wrote on Instagram to sweetly celebrate the occasion. Captioning a photo of the two on vacation together, she added, "Thank you for being you. Love you."
