Demi Moore Has A Tight Relationship With Bruce Willis' New Wife Emma Heming
Demi Moore has maintained a positive relationship with the new partner of one of her famous exes. Back in 1987, Moore wed Bruce Willis only a few months after having encountered each other at the premiere of the movie "Stakeout." The two went on to have three daughters together: Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah. Sadly, the relationship didn't stand the test of time, as the couple separated in 1998 and divorced by 2000, ABC News reported.
Back in 2019, Moore visited "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and stated that she and Willis have stayed on friendly terms while co-parenting their three kids. "I'm really grateful for, rolling all the way back — it's been a long time since we separated, that we were both able to be clear that our children were our priority. And that whatever we had was not theirs," Moore said. She added that she and Willis discovered "a way to share it and be a family in a different form," which she feels "made a huge difference in [their] children's life." In addition to prioritizing their children, Moore has also made sure to develop a good rapport with Willis' significant other.
Demi Moore and Emma Heming are 'sisters'
Demi Moore has a close bond with Bruce Willis' current wife, Emma Heming. Per her website bio, Heming is a model who has participated in runway shows for such luxury fashion brands like Dior, Ralph Lauren, Chanel, and Giorgio Armani. Heming and Willis first encountered one another when they were at the gym of a mutual trainer back in 2007. The pair got hitched two years later.
Both Moore and Heming have publicly shown their respect for one another. In 2021, Moore honored Heming on Instagram for International Women's Day . "I #SeeHer as family who I am honored to call a friend," Moore said of Heming. "Our children are sisters and yet there is no name for what our family connection is to one another. We are mothers united, sisters bonded on this crazy adventure of life." Heming shared kind words about Moore in 2018 for a birthday post dedicated to the "Ghost" star. "Happy Birthday to this powerful and beautiful woman Demi, mama to these three lovely girls," Heming wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of Moore with daughters, Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah. "I'm filled with so much gratitude that I get to call you family." But Heming isn't here to mislead anyone about her relationship with Moore and Willis, either.
Emma Heming debunked claims that Demi Moore moved in
Emma Heming is shutting down inaccurate news stories regarding family amid Bruce Willis' heartbreaking health diagnosis. In February, Willis' family revealed in a statement that the "Die Hard" star has frontotemporal dementia, or FTD, according to Good Morning America. "Unfortunately, challenges with communication are just one symptom of the disease Bruce faces," the statement said. "While this is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis."
On March 8, Heming responded to a headline that read, "Demi Moore 'Moved In' With Ex Bruce Willis & His Wife To Help Care For Him After Heartbreaking Dementia Diagnosis." Heming clarified that this claim is false via Instagram Story, writing, "Let's nip this one in the bud. This is so dumb. Please stop." Though they might not be living together, Moore and Heming have certainly spent family time side by side, as the two posed with Willis and their kids by the Christmas tree for a holiday Instagram pic in December. "We are FAMILY!! Getting into the holiday spirit!" Moore captioned the cute post. In response, Heming offered a sweet comment to her hubby's ex: "What a fun evening."
