Summer House: Who Is Newbie Samantha Feher And What Does She Do For A Living?
"Summer House" is Bravo's hit reality series featuring a bunch of young twenty and thirty-somethings spending their weekends in the Hamptons. Since it first aired in 2017, recurring castmates Lindsay Hubbard, Kyle Cooke, Carl Radke, Danielle Olivera, Amanda Batula, and Paige DeSorbo drove to the East End to party it up and they've returned for the show's seventh season. Ciara Miller, who joined the cast in Season 5, and Mya Allen, who entered the house in Season 6, have also come back.
Joining the "Summer House" cast are newcomers Samantha Feher, Chris Leoni, and Gabby Prescod. Feher, who is a New Jersey native, shared in the Season 7 premiere that she moved to New York City to live out her dreams in what she called her "personal playground." She's not afraid to work hard, but also balances her busy career with fun on the weekends. However, the new cast member is not just all about partying, and she has an impressive resumé to prove it.
Samantha Feher is a boss lady
At 25 years old, Samantha Feher is currently the youngest cast member of "Summer House" Season 7, but she is already a force to be reckoned with. Feher makes a living as a content creator and has worked with big names such as Microsoft, Vick's, Walgreens, and Adobe. The entrepreneur is also the founder and CEO of Feher Agency, which is a creative marketing firm designed to help businesses with their branding.
Feher is also an accomplished journalist and has written for Cosmopolitan, the New York Post, Travel + Leisure, and Stylecaster. She has previously worked for Cosmopolitan as an editorial assistant and assistant to the editor-in-chief from 2019 to 2020. Her position there scored her a feature in Chatham Living Magazine, which focuses on Chatham Township, where Feher grew up. In the interview, the "Summer House" star said that she always dreamed of working for Cosmopolitan and worked hard to make it happen. Feher studied Journalism and Multimedia Authoring in college and interned for various publications. She shared, "I graduated one semester early because I knew that if the spot opened up and I couldn't apply, I'd regret it forever. As luck would have it, the position became available two weeks before my graduation date, and I applied right away."
Along with writing and being a content creator, Feher has a clothing retail business called Supper Club. The self-starter's ambitions are endless, but when she's not working, Feher makes sure her downtime is just as rewarding.
Samantha Feher is no stranger to the Hamptons
Samantha Feher works hard, but plays just as hard when she's off the clock. The new "Summer House" star has been partying in the Hamptons long before she was cast on the show. In 2020, she shared a series of snaps on Instagram of her wearing a breezy summer dress and posing in front of the Ralph Lauren store in East Hampton. "I wasn't sure if I liked any of these pictures so here's 5 of them in a row," she captioned. The following summer, she shared a picture of herself at Gurney's Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa. "Threw a party last night and here's what I looked like," she wrote, while posing with a muumuu-inspired dress.
Feher seems to be an avid skier and has shredded the gnar on the slopes of Vermont and Colorado. On January, she posted a video of her on top of a snowy mountain and asked fans, "where should I ski next? lmk in the comments." Her "Summer House" castmate Lindsay Hubbard replied, "Winter House! Lol." It looks like there's a possibility of a "Summer House"/"Winter House" crossover for the newest star.
