Khloe Kardashian Shares The Best Parenting Tip She Learned From Her Late Father
Khloé Kardashian is passing this parenting technique down to her baby girl.
On Thursday, April 19, 2018, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star took to her blog to reveal how the parenting style of her late father, Robert Kardashian, has influenced her own.
"The one thing I would take from how my dad was with us is unconditional love," Khloé shared with her fans, adding, "It's the entire point of family." Her father, who was portrayed by David Schwimmer on American Crime Story: The People v. OJ Simpson in 2016, had passed away in September 2003 following a cancer battle.
The Revenge Body star went on to praise her mom, Kris Jenner, writing, "There's absolutely no way I could pick just one parenting technique I've learned from my mom. She's just so incredible and has taught me so much."
As Nicki Swift previously reported, Kardashian and her NBA star boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, welcomed their first child together last Thursday, April 12, in Cleveland, Ohio. Earlier this week, the Good American businesswoman revealed their little bundle of joy's name.
"Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE," she wrote on Instagram, sharing a photo of a room filled with pink flowers and balloons. "Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy loooooove you True!"
Kardashian, 33, and Thompson, 27, who have been together since October 2016, finally confirmed the pregnancy last December, following months of speculation.
Just days before their daughter's due date, a massive scandal unfortunately broke out when Thompson was caught on video allegedly cheating on Kardashian with multiple women. The couple have yet to publicly comment on the infidelity reports.
However, according to an Us Weekly source, Kardashian is focusing on motherhood amid her relationship drama. "Khloé is absolutely obsessed with True and is up with the baby in the middle of the night whenever she cries. Khloé does have a nanny, but she is hardly working because Khloé is so hands-on," the insider said, adding that she's been "very emotional because she didn't ever think she would become a mother, and considers True to be a miracle."
