The supermodel explained to the outlet that both her parents were born outside of the United States. Her mother is from France, and her father is from Venezuela. They met at the University of Miami and settled in the city. Paris spoke about her culture to the outlet. She said, "I identify with many different cultures, so I don't really identify with anything in particular ... I like to think, we as people, are all one."
