As Us Weekly wrote in 2021, Montag was dating Jordan Eubanks back in Season 1 of the reality series prior to her longtime union with Spencer Pratt, who later dished on how he feels about his former castmates. "The Hills" displayed the highs and lows of the pair's romance, such as highlights like when Eubanks got Montag a puppy, or less-than-ideal instances like when they had an argument after a dinner where they ran into one of Montag's exes. Eubanks and his roommate, Brian Drolet, often appeared in the first season before exiting the show, per Insider. Eubanks was no longer on the series shortly after his relationship with Montag ended, according to Entertainment Weekly. Following Eubanks' departure from "The Hills," he went on to pursue other ambitions in the entertainment industry.

Since going through a breakup with Heidi Montag and ending his time on "The Hills," Jordan Eubanks has focused on his film career. After "The Hills," Eubanks co-created, co-produced, and starred in the film "2 Dudes and a Dream," per Valerie Allen PR. His follow-up film was " Dumbbells." Next, he produced the movie "Be Like Trees," and also acted in the film. He and his costar from "The Hills," Brian Drolet, also created the art company, Canvas Assassins. Additionally, Eubanks is the founder of the sports memorabilia company, LightHeaded.

As far as his personal life goes, on Christmas Day in 2019, Eubanks announced his engagement to his partner via Instagram. The couple still appears to be going strong, as Eubanks shared a sweet Instagram photo of the two in August 2022. He and Drolet remain close friends, and Eubanks honored Drolet's birthday with an Instagram post in July 2022. Furthermore, in September 2022, Eubanks celebrated his 38th birthday, which he commemorated on Instagram.

Jordan Eubanks has revisited his experience of being on the 2000s reality series, "The Hills." Eubanks and costar Brian Drolet spoke to BuzzFeed in 2015 about the show and their lives now. Eubanks shared that Heidi Montag breaking off their relationship during Season 1 was a move that he didn't see coming and called it "a little unexpected." "Heidi and I had normal problems in our relationship. I am definitely not the 'jealous foul mouth' boyfriend the show painted me out to be," Eubanks said. "But the producers have a job to do, and they executed brilliantly." He also said that Montag gave away the dog he got her, Bella, after their split.

In August 2022, Eubanks visited the "Was it Real? The Hills Rewatch" podcast and chatted with cast members from "The Hills," including Brody Jenner, Frankie Delgado, and Audrina Patridge. He was asked about how often he and Montag have spoken since they went their separate ways. "I don't know if we've had much communication. I would say we've maybe run into each other once since the breakup," Eubanks said. "I don't think we had much correspondence after that." Later that month on the podcast, Eubanks and Drolet both joined the show for another episode, which Eubanks promoted on social media. "So happy @briandrolet and myself got a little bit of closure ... after 17 years," Eubanks wrote on Instagram with crying laughing emojis.
