Judge Judy Has Some Seriously Harsh Words For Prince Harry

Once again, Prince Harry has become the subject of headlines everywhere. The Duke of Sussex has publicized details about himself and the royal family in his memoir, "Spare."

Harry revealed that he and his brother, Prince William, had gotten into a physical altercation in 2019, per The Guardian. William reportedly had called Harry's wife, Meghan Markle, "difficult" and "abrasive." The argument got so heated that Harry claimed William "grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and ... knocked me to the floor." In addition, Harry wrote about how Meghan was allegedly warned about "baby brain" comments she made to Kate Middleton following the birth of Prince Louis, per Page Six. Prince Harry wrote even more damaging details about the royal family, from his father's affair with Camilla Parker-Bowles to claiming Prince William and Kate encouraged him to wear a Nazi costume at a 2005 party.

After they departed from the royal family, Harry and Meghan decided to live a more private life. It wasn't until the release of their Netflix docuseries, "Harry & Meghan," that they began to give an inside look into Britain's royal family. Harry's memoir and the interviews that followed have put a negative spotlight on the royal family. Many are happy that the couple finally gets to share their truth, but there are also plenty of people who believe Harry is revealing too much. If there's one person to judge (literally) Harry and Meghan, it would be none other than Judge Judy.

If you're a fan of Judge Judy, otherwise known as Judy Sheindlin, you know she does not hold back her opinions. Whether it's in court or just in an interview, Sheindlin is direct about her feelings. Her latest criticism is directed at Prince Harry. Since his memoir was released, Prince Harry has made accusations against the British press and the royal family, per Page Six. The royal family has kept much of their private life hidden from the public eye to uphold their "proper" persona. But Harry's statements are shattering them one by one. While many support the Duke of Sussex, others have very different opinions about his approach, including Sheindlin.

Sheindlin spoke with "Good Morning Britain" about how she would feel if her son or grandson was Prince Harry. She said, "I will tell you that I would be furious, and would think that that child or that grandchild was a selfish, spoiled, ungrateful one." Sheindlin even said she would be incredibly "hurt" by what Harry is saying. She said, "I think anybody –- anybody with a brain –- would see that it's disingenuous. It's biting the hand that fed you, it's unseemly."

Even before Judge Judy made her opinions clear, Prince Harry was already facing backlash for the statements he had made. According to Page Six, #ShutUpHarry even began trending on Twitter. Regardless of all the opinions, Harry continues to tell his story whether people support him or not.
