Whatever Happened To Tiffany Copeland From Below Deck Med?
When "Below Deck Mediterranean" began airing on Bravo, the show immediately made a splash with fans.
"Below Deck Mediterranean" — or just "Below Deck Med" — began airing back in 2016. The show took on the classic "Below Deck" format, but this time, put a Mediterranean twist on the series. The "Below Deck Med" spin-off follows the crew on the Ionian Princess as they set sail not only into the Mediterranean Sea but also into plenty of drama, per IMDb. During the series, fans watch as the crew works to juggle demanding guests on the boat while balancing their own relationships as a crew. And as fans quickly found out, those tasks aren't any easier on the water than they are on land.
When the show premiered, not only did the premise make a splash with fans, but so did the drama. In fact, during Season 1, it took the crew no time before they were going head-to-head — in particular, crew members Hannah Ferrier and Tiffany Copeland. During Season 1, as Chief Stew, Ferrier made it clear she didn't have time for Copeland not doing her job, prompting passive aggression from Ferrier. But Ferrier's attitude toward Copeland didn't push her to work harder. Rather it seems Ferrier's passive aggression was too much for Copeland to handle because, by the end of Season 1, Copeland ended up choosing to leave "Below Deck Mediterranean," for good — leaving fans to wonder what the former crew member is up to now?
Tiffany Copeland has moved on from yachting to mommy blogging
If there's one thing Tiffany Copeland loves more than yachting, it's being a new mom. Since leaving her spot as a crew member on "Below Deck Mediterranean," the star has settled down and documented the joys of becoming a new mom.
Yet, before settling down, it seems like Copeland continued to work on the waters despite leaving "Below Deck Mediterranean." On Copeland's Instagram, the former reality TV star frequently posted snaps of herself in a sailing uniform and working on different boats. Though, based on her timeline of photos, it seems like once the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Copeland decided it was time to leave yachting behind and begin a new chapter.
From there, Copeland and her boyfriend, Evan Jones, tied the knot before sharing the exciting news that they were expecting their first baby. After announcing, Copeland began taking followers on her newfound journey of mommy blogging. Starting months before the baby's arrival, Copeland began documenting her new chapter on Instagram by sharing bump updates, and the vacations she took with the baby. Slowly but surely, Copeland brought fans in on the new, and exciting, journey that brought her happiness. Even though the journey wasn't yachting, the change was something fans loved to see. For example, after Copeland welcomed her baby girl into the world, fans couldn't help but gush over the baby photos and Copeland's entrance into her new career as a full-time mom.
Does Tiffany Copeland miss yachting?
Yachting was once a big part of Tiffany Copeland's life, but now, it seems like that ship has sailed. In fact, after leaving "Below Deck Mediterranean," Copeland seems to have traded in her sailing shoes for cowboy boots.
While Copeland is originally from Florida, per Bravo, it seems like Copeland and her husband have chosen to settle down and spend most of their time in rural Ohio and Virginia. For Copeland, it's definitely a change of pace from when she was on the Ioanian Princess in the Mediterranean Sea. But it's a change that Copeland has come to love. Noting how different her new lifestyle is, Copeland took to Instagram to show off her outfit for hunting. "From polos, skorts, and bare feet to long sleeves, bibs, and boots," Copeland wrote, "#WerenotinFloridaanymore."
Yet, while Copeland has accepted that her yachting days are behind her, the star makes it clear that yachting and boating still hold a special place in her heart. From having a nautical-themed gender reveal, to taking her baby across Florida to show her boats and water, there is no doubt that in the future, Copeland's love of being a mom and her love of yachting will converge — possibly with her daughter starring on the future "Below Deck" spin-offs.
