Boy Meets World Star Danielle Fishel Engaged To TV Producer Jensen Karp

Danielle Fishel is officially taken!

The Boy Meets World actress, who later starred in the show's spinoff Girl Meets World, is engaged to Drop the Mic executive producer Jensen Karp. Fishel took to Instagram to share the big news on Thursday, March 22, 2018. Posting a photo of herself with Karp, Fishel wrote in the caption, "I woke up today thinking it would be a normal day and it was anything but normal."

Recounting her day, she continued, "I put on my Genghis Cohen t-shirt and went to see @jensenclan88 at work where I proceeded to screw up a very romantic marriage proposal by being too efficient (this is very on brand for me)." She added, "The future Mr. and Mrs. Karp are now engaged and no one is more excited than I am."

Karp shared the same photo on his own Instagram page, writing, "We got engaged today. I don't have anything witty or funny to say to accompany this picture. She is just the greatest person in the world and to imagine someone I went to high school with was always my person, is remarkable. You never know."

Drop the Mic co-host Hailey Baldwin later celebrated Karp and Fishel's relationship milestone in her Instagram Story, sharing a video of the couple and writing, "We have a Drop the Mic engagement!!!!!!"

As E! News noted, it's unclear when Fishel and Karp first started dating. However, the pair have been posting photos of one another on social media since June 2017.

Fishel's marriage to Karp will mark the actress' second. She previously married Tim Belusko in October 2013. However, they later split after two years of marriage, finalizing their divorce in March 2016 (via E! News).
