Here's How Far Chase Chrisley Really Got In School
Todd Chrisley and his wife Julie Chrisley — and their children, Lindsie Chrisley, Kyle Chrisley, Savannah Chrisley, Chase Chrisley, and Grayson Chrisley — are no strangers to the public eye. The family made their television debut in 2014 and have since become one of the most talked about reality show families. Their show, "Chrisley Knows Best," was a prominent part of USA Network's lineup for nearly eight years. The reality series followed the wacky adventures of the Nashville-based family, led by real estate tycoon, Todd.
In 2018, USA Network announced that they were expanding their slate of Chrisley-related shows, with the addition of a spin-off centered around Chase and Savannah. "Growing Up Chrisley" premiered in 2019 and saw the Chrisley siblings leave the comfort of their Nashville home to start new careers in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, Chase and Savannah's show (along with the family's flagship series) has been canceled, according to Deadline.
And while Chase seems heavily focused on his television career in recent years, the reality star was once enrolled in a traditional academic institution.
Chase Chrisley went to college
Chase Chrisley has spoken about his time on reality television and admitted that he faced mounting pressure from growing up in the spotlight. "It definitely changed our lives entirely," Chase told People. "It forced us to grow up fast. I know I've made my fair share of mistakes and learning how to bounce back and just grow from each mistake, it's a little bit different because every time we screw up, it's in the public eye." However, there was one aspect of Chase's life that he kept relatively private.
According to Life & Style magazine, Chase attended a traditional four-year university but has never explicitly stated which school. And while Chase has shied away from discussing the details of his college stint, his father, Todd Chrisley, has made no secret of the young reality star's wild adventures."Savannah is doing very well," Todd told OK! magazine. "Chase is trying to screw his way through the entire campus. He's a typical teenage boy that I have to pray over daily." It's unclear whether Chase has completed his studies.
Chase Chrisley has had some financial trouble
Like his famous parents, Chase Chrisley also found himself in hot water. In 2019, the "Growing Up Chrisley" star was accused of owing more than $16,000 in taxes to the IRS, according to The Blast. According to the outlet, Chrisley was hit with a federal tax lien, requiring that he pay the amount owed or relinquish his assets.
Despite his once-messy financial situation, Chrisley has excelled in his other business ventures. The reality star founded his own line of luxury candles, the Chase Chrisley Collection, which currently offers four different scents and a variety gift box. Chrisley recently opened up about the decision to start his own candle collection, and explained that he was inspired by his mother's love for various scented fragrances. Furthermore, it appears that the eldest of Todd and Julie's children is no slacker, as he has also amassed a respectable net worth. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Chrisley is worth $500,000.
