Kylie Jenner Gives First Look At Kim Kardashian And Kanye West's Newborn Chicago
The Kardashian-Jenner family shared some major news this weekend!
On Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018, Kylie Jenner finally confirmed her pregnancy and announced that she'd given birth to her first child with boyfriend Travis Scott just a few days earlier on Feb. 1, via a sweet video posted to YouTube. But that's not all Kylie revealed. The 20-year-old also included the first footage of sister Kim Kardashian's newborn, Chicago West.
During Kylie's video announcement, she showed clips of herself meeting baby Chicago, who was born via surrogate on Jan. 15. While the video footage isn't too clear, we can make out Kim's daughter, as she's held by Kylie and later by Kim herself. Kylie, Chicago, and Kim are also joined by Kylie and Kim's brother Rob and his daughter, Dream.
"She's so little," Kylie can be heard saying, as Kim places Chicago in her arms. After Kim reveals that she and husband Kanye West are going to name their baby Chicago (who apparently hadn't been officially named at the time the video was filmed), Kylie praises the moniker, stating, "I love Chicago."
Unfortunately, fans still don't know what Kylie named her own baby girl, though some speculate that she may have named her Mariposa, which is Spanish for "butterfly." Why? Well, as noted by People, the makeup mogul had been seen rocked a necklace with butterflies on it at her birthday party, which can be seen in the announcement video. Further fueling the rumor is a recent Instagram post from Kylie's mom, Kris Jenner. The day Kylie's daughter was born, Kris shared a photo of Kylie Cosmetics' latest lip kit, called Posie K. According to People, Posie could be a nickname for Mariposa.
However, at the time of this writing, Kylie has not yet announced her daughter's name.
